  1. received a paypal invoice for some parts one item matches a term used in this thread. ooohhhh snap.
  2. hes got a gtrs already scchhnaaap but if u do go 30, dont stop there.... juice it with a biiiig turbo lol
  3. Don't get confused with ppl on NS. The T25 flange housings work mint, no issues. It's those ones that People had trouble with the actuators and nothing else. the T3 housings with the 3 bolt dump pattern (internal gate off a truck) has proven to suck. Both BSA and another member tried and failed. One was an RB20 one a 25. I know this thread is 11ty pages long but you actually need to read the thing if you hope to have an idea about the product.
  4. We've done the internal gate arguments, its been covered and its also been proven to suck on the dyno. quickly msg kando and ask him to change it for a ex gate
  5. Lately I am thinking a scientific expedition to try a 5558 .48 on my pissy SR. Most ppl have tried them with .64s but I think the .48 is intended for the little 2L mob.
  6. Yep looks like the correct kit.
  7. Stao can you PM me the SR20 SS1PU result? that is the results I am looking for.
  8. For ARTZ, I honestly think the external gate setup here helps with how impressive it is. The internal gate would be a different story, a little lazier IMO. Im pretty sure Mick_O is on par for spool with this car but has a GTX71, i dare say if he went external gate off the housing his spool would improve again.
  9. Lol I know that, I'm having a laugh with you
  10. Lol cmon you didn't think i was that original did you? I remember the line, it stuck with me. with turbo tech the way it is atm the bar is being raised again.
  11. I've got the nistune myself, its fine for most entry level applications.. on par with a pfc imo. in hindsight I do wish I had gone something more advanced.. im running a little 2L and wanting both a refined and powerful setup. I have a feeling the nistune will end up a compromise between the 2, but time will tell. 400kw is the new 300... 300 the new 200. That being said talking 350 I'd just aim for 4 and pick a swish ecu to boot.
  12. No guess work: http://www.deatschwerks.com/products/fuel-injectors/sport-compact/nissan/skyline/rb25det/1993-98/1000cc-fuel-injectors Id pay the extra. I plan to buy a set for my SR as it is.
  13. Its the same store as the on ebay, but I emailed them direct and they sent me a simple paypal invoice http://realstreetperformance.com/store/ They do the PT stuff too, so you can look there for a super quick delivery and decent price 6262 when your time comes
  14. LOL Oh well. Cant help those who cannot be helped. FYI to anyone wanting to buy products online or from the US: I got my cams from Real Street Performance. From payment to delivered was 8 days (1 week and 1 day), inclusive of a weekend. The cams were also cheaper than ANYWHERE else I had seen (only 380 USD for the pair, 220 USD for the springs and Ti retainers). Shipping was a good 90 bucks, but hell worth it, they came PROPERLY packaged and super fast.
  15. Well, you win hands down for the coolest thread in a while. That is a very epic car. Personally I think you should ditch the Nistune in place of a MAP based ECU. I would also reconsider going twins, there have been some great single results lately. If you had the option of E85 running a Precision 5858 might be an awesome option
  16. That's actually another decent result for the T67, between 4 and 4.5 for peak torque and 180kw so its definitely on the boil at the right time and you can tell power is still rising and could rev harder. Retard the exhaust cam free up that exhaust, I rekon gain 300 rpm in spool and with a few more psi an easy 320kw. make it dance!
  17. I'll be on 4XKando power soon with my upcoming projects. Yet to receive bad service. Have also ordered a multitude of spares like lines, hoses, actuators, manifolds, dumps and other stuff from him and have zero to complain about. for Ron: just remember that the 20G was always intended as a cut price option to a HKS GTRS, it was just lucky we also found they packed more power. You can reference this earlier in the thread. I do like your plan though, low mount for the present and later T67 highmount when ur ready with minor adjustments to your gate off the housing and existing dump.
  18. im thinking about doing a night course at tafe for welding, for the same reason. i tried my hand at arc welding a decking out of tube steel with my dad, did a pretty decent job if i might say so myself. the old man reckons a MIG is a lot easier to use so im considering doing the tafe bit to learn some skills and maybe try make my own dump for my Kando (will be ordering very soon now).
  19. OOFT these are big words man. Not convinced. I honestly like his thinking and plan. It sounds fine to me. Not sure why your not keen on it, and I dont find the GTX results that amazing. Ron wants that ZING feeling, I think he will get more zing from the 20G than he will the GTX.
  20. Then I got out of my cage and I got this. FYP mate
  21. That is the correct one, and you will be able to do what you are suggesting, with some manipulation of the gate pipe. 18psi spring will probably be OK, might not need a boost controller haha. hopefully the gate comes with 2 springs, so you can remove one for the tune and then pop it back in for its final run.
  22. 320 @ 16psi is nice screw 25psi into that bastard and see what it will do. Im guessing 350 is not out of the question
