They are Deno SARD injectors. Nismo/HKS injectors are made by JECS like stock injectors. SARD injectors need the collars you can see in the pic. You SHOULD have been able to bolt them down with those collars.

Will Standard R34 Gtr Dump Elbows Flow 450Kw?
GTScotT replied to GD51LA's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Summary of above: Will they flow that much? Probably not. Making 450kw from low mounts? You would hope you have every possible supporting mod to get you the best result you can, because you are asking for every last fraction of a HP. thread/ -
Neg. The GReddy item is exactly that, no difference.

Getting a little confused there. A T67 is a TD06SL2 25G A TD06SH is a different turbine, despite being a 67mm OD it is not a T67 turbine. You have also quoted TD06SH L2... Which doesn't exist. the L2 is a smaller variant of the original 65mm TD06S. It is a 61mm wheel in a mid 70s trim. Kando thread is your friend, has all the model no details. PM me if you seek clarity on any of the above.

I don't think you really need to try LOL

Come on dude, I thought you were an enthusiastic forum member! Can't be falling behind like this LOL http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/439625-dead-turbo-vid-inside/ Lith you are probably on the money (at least in my own mind). Hand in hand does pound for pound improvement go with improved efficiency, which is translated in lower charge temp and subsequent EGT. I would say the ratio of shaftspeed to flow at the compressor side has been engineered to benefit hotside flow, which would also greatly benefit. All in all they are superior turbos, and likely to have better lifespan as a result.
-
LOL possibly. It should also be noted that Simon saw the same issue with his GT's that he did with the GTX that replaced it. I'm sure you saw the recent thread on that, so meh.

Yep, is a durability thing. Though there are more than enough plastic cage GT users (my brother included) who have never had an issue. Don't worry, just retain warranty information

Would I Gain Anything With Exhaust Cutout On -5S ?
GTScotT replied to cobrAA's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Can you elaborate on what you mean by cut out? 640whp is mega. I believe Piggaz is the only one in Aus running just shy of that with -5s on an RB28. General rule of thumb is that if you drop your exhaust before the cat and gain lots of power you have a restriction in your exhaust. Otherwise you should realistically be looking at 10-20whp tops.. And a 3" system should support close to the asking price. -
What does one need to do to acquire such a garage? CEO of a big corp or what? I must get into Zion!

Those injectors will work for what you want to do, you can use them now and sell them later when you decide that you want more. No need to 'upgrade' to 550s which are equally as redundant. As for the package listed and if you will get the power, the answer is a simple yes. The only thing you need to be aware of is the GTR pump which is probably 20 years old. Be it myself I would run what you have but would buy a walbro NOW to save the heartache of pump failure later.
-
Cams will probably fall short on bang for buck, but E85 will net you a tiny bit more. The thing is that 250kw is fairly close to the turbos outright flow potential on the turbine side. So going E85 MIGHT result in 20-30kw but most likely not more than that. Be it myself I would accept that the setup is performing really well as it is and just enjoy it. The $$ outlay on going flex fuel wouldn't be worth the power gains and the hassle of running to E85 pumps just doesn't do it for me.

In an odd turn; recent Lithvertising resulted unprecedented sales at the FP warehouse. Lith, if you have time, can you please tell everyone I need a $1 donation to fund my build? Nek minit Koenensegsensegsensseg.

Don't ask lol Mick has waiting a while...

Can A T2 Be Used To Get 400Bhp From An Rb25 ?
GTScotT replied to rasored's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Need more specific information about turbo to be able to give advice, however I will sum up the correct answer to this question ASSUMING you know what T2 and T3 means. I will also explain what they mean. IN A CONDENSED DOWN NUTSHELL: T2 and T3 are flange sizes. In older times we would refer to T3 as a type of turbo, as Garrett would make turbos with this model number also. Today it simply refers to the flange. So if you are talking about the flange the answer is yes, you can get 400hp from a T2 flanged turbo. Example: HKS make 3037 kits in both T2 and T3, neither would necessarily be more restrictive than the other, they will probably work exactly the same. However if we were talking about something at the GT40 (700HPesque) level you would probably (I use this term loosely) start to find a bottleneck. HOWEVER, if you think you have a T2 "turbo" and your mechanic is telling you to upgrade to a "T3", as if these are some kind of model numbers that describe what type of turbo you have... You are both off your heads and require emergency medical assistance. Dial 000. -
Yeah mine was a .64 At the drags I bumped the knob on my EBC shifting to 3rd and got 23psi. It pinged really loud in 4th but went over 119mph lol (117mph @ 18psi real power roughly 238kw) Get that issue resolved and there is a lot more power stowed away.
-
Have an emissions cat at home for those 'test' days. It wont do any harm if your not on the loud pedal.
-
The new owner of my turbo has it plumbed EWG, so we will see what result he whips out.
-
This is almost the same issue I had with mine. We got to 20psi but as we turned it up more it would ping straight away. Ask Yavuz if the symptoms are the same as mine... Maybe its something in the design that Stao should be aware of.

An SS1 is comparable to a garrett GT28 in size, a TD06 is comparable to a GT30 in size. I trust you know the difference between a 28 and a 30, its fairly major. You also will struggle to see 300awkw from a TD06 20G, which we have covered recently in another thread. In fact, the forum arms you with more than enough information to form your own opinion on the topic within an hours reading. The Hypergear thread is not only indexed with SS1 results but ALSO TD06 based results. Go to the hypergear thread and fill your cup.
-
The two turbos are not comparable. 280rwkw maximum response on E85 a 2IU highflow from hypergear will get you there.

Sorry mate, beat you to it again (LOL). A mate and I got together and knocked this together in about 4 hours last night. First time we have attempted anything like it. Get onto it!!
