yer mate u can get motul oil at repro. Good oil im building rb25/30 myself tas engine recon are good at sourcing parts (cheap) and building motors if ur unable to urself. speak to matt rodgers. as for tuning in tassy.... no comment lol

well its completely up 2 u mate. many people get 350kw out of 25/30 motors. do u want to build up a motor from scratch or do u want to buy another car. im building a 25/30 as we speak so thats what i chose but if u dont have the knowledge and resources building a motor will become very expensive

well its an NA rb30 so its high compression. chuck a turbo on it and they are pretty nuts lol. they just dont last long.

ok guys my knowledge of japanese language is very limited. i do remember some basic stuff from learning it back at high school but not much. i want some words and small sentences converted into japanese. like if i say "my name is james" if i remember correctly that is spoken as "boku wa james desu" but i also want what im saying converted into the symbol form. i know theres a few like hiragana and katakana ect. let me know if u can help and i will pm u with the few words/ small sentences that i want translated into 'spoken japanese' and into 'symbol form' lol hope this makes sense.. please help

yes i agree the money off is great. i just mean to say be causious. getting rego on it before you buy it would eliminate any worries thats all. what ever state the rego may be for.

you could keep the single cam head but i wouldnt bother. chuck the 25 twin cam head on mate. yup pistons will fit but gtr rods are a lot shorter. the rb30 gets its extra capacity from a longer stroke.

yer cant argue with adriano. the gtr rods and pistons will be a good way to strengthen the standard rb25 but u will need a few mods and good reving to make 300rwkw the 25 head on the 30 bottom end with a decent turbo (doesnt have to be huge) and supporting mods will see u easily making 300rwkw. the 3 litre bottom end will spool a turbo quicker (more exhaust gas) and will have a bit more torque

a few more questions guys... Any one here used siemens injectors? they do a 800ish cc injector that i can get cheap?? at this stage im not really prepared to put money into a brand i know not alot about! And more importantly... what computer... im thinking i might be a bit different and step away from power fc but then again thats about all i can get tuned here in tas lol

exhaust and rims should not present a problem for rego as long as... -exhaust is not over the prescribed sound level (94dB) -wheels are not overly big (ie. extrude past the body of the car) Perhaps to be on the safe side have him rego it first and then change to sa rego. i do have mates who have bought cars that have never been regod in Aust and they thought they could rego them easy enough but it ended up being a 6 month battle with transport to get rego lol as long as u see all import approval and appropriate documentation (compliance ect.) you shouldnt have a problem regoing the ca tho mate
