you cannot have any type of atmo venting BOV on your car ... if you currently have one welded to a pipe or something and you need to goto pits, disconnect the vaccume pipe that goes from the BOV to the plenum so it does not sound when shifting etc... or even better, remove that section of pipe and replace with standard metal pipe until you pass pits, if possible.. Tyres on a 9" rim can be no lower than 235 and more on what mitchy said earlier.. if your car came with 16" wheels you can go up 2" so stocker R32 for example , with 16x6.5 you would be able to put any wheel on between 16" and 18" width: you cannot have them larger than what your tyre placard states . ie. 16x6.5 17x6.5 18x6.5 ..... according to DPI ALTHOUGH , many pits in WA have no real way of checking width , unless its blatently obvious and stamped on the wheels for them to see, so really if your plac on the door says 16x6.5 and you had 17x8s' on there u wouldnt get reemed ... If your tyres TREAD sits outside the guards it is illegal. tyre wall is fine (in case of larger rims) spacers are illegal ride height should be NO lower than 10cm at the LOWEST point of your car eg. look under your car, find what the lowest point is (excluding wheels obviously) and see if you can put a COKE CAN under there fine... if not , you need to raise your car you should not need an exhaust emissions test when going to pits for a yellow, just make sure it is under 92db (get it tested at a muffler place for $15 before you go to pits) Tint on rear window and rear 1/4 or rear passenger (in case of a 4door) can be less than 35% passenger and drivers side front windows cannot be less than 35% and unless your car came from factory with tint in front windscreen , it should be completely tintless. Ive only ever had 1 yellow sticker from the cops ... but am hassled all the time... my yellow was for an OIL LEAK on my THERMOSTAT !!! i attempted to explain that only red coolent goes through the thermostat.. and that the oil leak was infact dirt... A click or "clink" noise when turning the key 99% of the time means the starter motor is not getting enough power. Get a multimeter (if you dont know what one is, then call RAC now coz your no help to yourself) and put the leads from the multimeter on your battery, it must read 13v to kick the motor over... if you have less than 13V , take your cars negative and postiive "leads" off the batt, and test again, once again , it should have around 13V? if it does, then the motor should at least turn over and if you wanna talk sounds , it should go "RARARARARARARARARA" but not fire. Once you got it to that stage, if its not firing then its a fuel / spark related problem. or possibly a fuse, check your fuse kick panel near drivers side footwell. If you are too n00b to do any of the above, then call RAC and pay some money until you upgrade your brain matter coz one day it may matter. good luck

Housemates that have a f**ked JOB and dont get paid when they should im talkin like has been paid $200 or so every few weeks which only JUST pays rent, if that , sometimes i have to help him out ... therefore f**king you over for rent and making you look like a shit kicker when they could get a new f**kING JOB where he actualy GETS PAID !
