cheers guys. cant install the clutch till wed now. looks as though ill just have to wait and see what the condition of the flywheel is. appreciate Ur responses

Hi all Brand new to the forum. just bought a R33 S2 and after 2 days the clutch has started to slip really badly. Picked up an xtreme HD organic a few days ago and am planning on installing it with a mate on Monday. The guy who i purchased the clutch off "auto clutch" said he highly reccomends that i get the fly wheel machined so it seats properly. i am by no means trying to lighten the flywheel, as ive read the threads on how lighting the stock flywheel can cause weakness. basically my question is how essential is it to skim the flywheel before installing a new clutch??? thanks in advanced.
