The gearbox should be ok but i am unsure since i haven't been able to get under the car. The diff and drivesharft should be sweet to. So let us know and no reasonble offer will be refused.

i would ask the cop if i could he won't return my calls ans pluss his not on till sunday which sucks ass. But good news is that the car should be assest tomorrow on very early next week and that way i will get my money and posibley the wreck back. Depeanding on how much the its gonna cost me. update on those skid marks the old girl recon that the one closer to the intersection is more than likely to be old and not from the van therefore it place me further into my street but i can't be sure ey in some ways i wish i was had remembered in another ways i was glad i wasn't awake. there is no way for me to say if i was stationary or not i simply can't remember. This isnt exact becasue like i said i was not consouse for the most part of it so there was no way i could get out of the car never alone take photos. no idea what he has said to the cops since they still haven't contacted me i have tryed getting ahold of the cop 3 times now. But i was told at the hospital he only suffered shock and he was fine which i am glad that he was alright

Sorry about the poor outlining i only have paint lol. As you can see the lock up marks are very faint. I also highlighted what looks like to be fibre glass marks from my slide skirt showing that my car was still in my street and his had to basicly move 1 and half lane lanes over to hit me.

yeah that would be true but on the other hand i am pritty sure i have never seen a hi ace van or any van with abs expect the brand new ones. From what i can remember which is not much at all lol it wasn't a brand new van and it was a hi ace which i am 99 % sure that it dosen't have abs

very lucky dude but yeah it helps heaps having a clean record and beening completely honset with the copers. I also got lucky once geting out of $3000 worth of fines and impoundment fee's and lose of licence years ago with one of my falcons they let me go with a $75 fine and 3 points i'd be buying a lottery ticket.

As far as i know i ened up been spun around and just in the intersection but i can't say really coz i was out of it. And i didn't feel the air bag ey i was out cold lol but i doubt i got hit by the bag coz i was thrown sideways

hey guys heres acouple of photos of the car and where it happened. In the photo you can clearly see there is plenty of visson come down the hill thats what i can't get. The other one shows very clearly old mate didn't try to stop but alo bob i think he tryed some crazy ass shit to miss me but coleted me instead

Yeah i say it is a write off the driver side looks like its pushed in pritty bad and the roof is pushed up to i will know tomorrow when i speak to the smash repairer i say its 95 % likely. i had the give way sign. the tyre marks start where he would have hit me and that was behind the stop line its almost if he swung to miss me becasue he was thinking i was gonna cut infront of him but instead cleaned me up becaue i stoped and than hit the ankers after he hit me. its hard to explain what happened. I can't see myself pulling out infront of a van i say what would have happen is that i have seen him at the last sec and stoped just before i entered the intersection and his tryed to avoid me but in the process acutally colected me full on by trying to duck in behind me who knows.

cops where there, ambos cut me out of the car and i was in hospital for most of the day. I realy can't see them charging me if neg it should only be something like not giving way corsing a acco or something and i rarely drink anyways. last time i drank was 3 weeks ago lol

Hey guys i was invloved in a nasty acco with my skyline yesterday i was t boned coming out of a t intersection the other bloke was doing about 60 km a hour when he hit me. I can't remeber shit coz i was knocked out cold. But i went back there today and there where no lock up marks till where old mate hit me. This bit of road its not uncomman for people to do 70km in this 60 zone, so it was quite posible that i just misjudged the blokes speed and cut in front of him. But the marks are really weird coz his tyre marks start after where he would have hit me and they run up the gutter and just nudged the telegraph pole. So he oversely did not see me. which is hard because there is shit loads of visson there. So my question is is the other bloke gonna be hit with a fine also or is the sole blame going to be placed onto me. I can't argue with anyone becasue i was knocked out and can't rember i will try and get some pics up in the next couple of days

hey guys i would be up for another one but one bad thing my skyline got writen off yesterday but if i am still allowed to come down i will be in me v8 fairmont not that it can keep up with gtr's. I am gonna miss it but i was lucky to get out of the car the way that i did.

Thats intresting i think the rta are stuffed in the head. I got defected with a pod but they didn't touch my quite large front mount. I rang the rta to find the legal reason why pods are legal right. They said it effects emissions right. Well far as i know the Air measureing device ie air flow meter as long as the pod is before the sensor the sensor will change the injection rate to suit the amount of air therefore not effecting emissions. Well the rta said i would need to get a engineer to engineer it. Well i asked them if a 3 gas print out for a NSW Blue slip station saying it meets the RDA that would be sufficant and they said no. Well WTF the blue slip stations are ment to have 3 gas annaliser there for rego purposes. But thats not good enough. So i rang the Australian design rule office and they said if i have a 3 gas read out saying it meets the RDA emisson level thats fine. But once again i rang the rta and that wasn't good enough. So i said to they so any air filter that is not a factory one they can defect you it. I think its plain wrong but the RTA needs there revonue.

Thats intresting i never really had alot to do with turbo'd cars therefore still learning i would have thought the air idle motor to be faulty. Like jumed up or the ldle need ajusting. But when i think about it now a full atmosphere BOV would drop the revs quickly. Is there any other little querks i need to look out for with the r33 gtst's
