  6. This car is currently in Japan and should be ready to register Later this year. Selling to buy a house or a GTR (Not sure which one yet). Year : 1997 5 speed Manual Car Location : Brisbane - Not yet complied. Mods: HKS GT2835 Pro S turbo Stainless steel Exhaust manifold Aftermarket Exhaust (unknown specs or brand at this stage) HKS front Mount Intercooler HKS Air Filter Trust coolant Surge Tank Larger Aftermarket Radiator (unknown specs or brand at this stage) Cusco Surge Tank Greddy Intake Plenum Infiniti Throttle Body HKS Fcon V pro ECU (Map sensor Type) Twin Plate Clutch 2 Way Mechanic LSD Tein coil over suspension 17" Enkei wheels Front Cusco Strut Brace Garage Thrash Drivers Seat MOMO Race Steering Wheel Blitz 300kmh Speedo Various Aftermarket HKS and Greddy Guages EBC (unknown specs or brand at this stage) + various other parts. As i have never seen the car i won't be able to answer all your questions about the car, but i try my best to find out. I'm after around $32,000 for the car which would include all compliance and importing costs, but not registration as depends which state the buyer is from as to where it will be first registered.

  8. Yeah hackers are getting worse now days .... i see it all the time at work, more and more people are getting bank accounts hacked and so i can't see why a forum would be safe. But why would you hack a forum anyway? There's no financial gain to be had - its just annoying. PF isn't that bad IMHO. I had questions answered there that weren't answered on here and vice versa.

  11. supply an demand maybe?? it does have a damn lot more features compaired to other EBC, inejctor duty cycle measuring ... fail safes etc so prevent and manage your boost more efficently ....
  12. pretty much unless you can find them in australia i wouldn't try too hard with getting them, they'll cost you a crap load from japan.

  14. apparently the united states have th engine software for these ecus .....only thing is its like australia and their real strict as to who gets the software .... what do you have to do to get the software from HKS? Do you have to be a HKS dealer or something? Cause I know there's more than one Offical HKS dealer in Australia.
  15. ok from what I've heard from people in japan the actual hks fcon is no better than the standard Apexi power fc. (its like asking the difference between and whats better a wolf or a Link - its personal preference) Only the Hks fcon v pro is meant to be heaps ahead. It runs off a map sensor (no AFM) is the really the only major difference that i know of. But then again you can always get a Apexi power fc drag pro if you really hate the afm ..... have fun finding someone to tune it though . The fcon v pro is meant to be the major preference of jap tuners .... just about all the D1 s15's run one .....

  17. if you have the pro version you can use the navigator .. is equivilent to the power fc HC ...
  18. cool, we used it in Brisbane last year and it actually made our cars run worse, so we went back to optimax .... u guys got that up there?

  20. My 33 (rb25) has a HKS Fcon V Pro ... it is apparently compatible with the english software and can also be tuned with the the HKS navigator, but only the new Pro versions has this ability though ....
  21. yeah fair enough .... i thought that may be the case ... I'll check with HKS to be sure .....
