The only suggestion i can made is ask racespec in the sellers section. I bought one a couple of weeks ago from him for my r33 and he was very helpful.

I can see the colour in the pics but the pod looks black and the skirt looks dark grey... Im after r33 gtr side skirts which that looks like it is. I dont want the pods, so what colour is the skirt grey or black and are they like the gtr skirts? thanks

Anyways im not instigating any violence. My reason for starting this thread was to hopefully prevent anyone else from losing money and waiting weeks for an item that just doesnt make it to your door step.

Yea i did it today, i could actually see where the bracket clips into but the gtr pump wouldnt let it go in so i had to bend it a little. I could only get it to go in about 1cm, it just wouldnt go anymore so i left it like that. It still made the same noises when sitting at traffic lights so im not sure if its normal or not but as long as it drives then who really cares i guess. Thanks alot for the help i appreciate it.

I originally attempted this with a full tank of premium, once alot of petrol started pissing out onto the ground i thought HMMMM thats not a nice way to treat golden liquid. Anyways i dont drive it too much through the week so tried thrashing it around for a bit and ended up doin it with 3/4 tank of fuel which still didnt help plus it was getting dark but i did it anyways. I know what both of you are saying which helps alot because i had my hand in there and thought i was looking for nothing and making my premium petrol not so premium anymore. Ill have another crack at it tomorrow now that i have around half a tank or less and will actually be able to see with daylight . Cheers fellas.

Hey guys, I recently installed a r33 gtr fuel pump into my r33 gtst. The problem is when i pulled my original one out i dont recall it being held into place by anything. When i put the gtr fuel pump in i couldnt find anywhere to clip it, so i put it in the way i thought i pulled the original one out. It is a louder pump, i was aware of that but it also makes strange noises at lights with half a tank of fuel. My question is, tomorrow should i clip the bracket onto something (if theres something its suppose to be held onto) or just leave it? Cheers in advanced.

Hey my car is a black r33 gtst series 2. Im in sydney Im after the plastic guard that goes infront of the drivers side wheel, has to be off a series 2 because series 1 doesnt fit. Also after a stock rear bumper in black has to be off a gtst im not sure if a series 1 will fit, has to be immaculate. Finally r33 gtr stock side skirts in black and also immaculate. Cheers fellas.

A few questions regarding the fuel pump are is it different from an r32 gtr fuel pump (i dont want to get an r32 gtr fuel pump thinking its an r33 gtr fuel pump)? How can i identify that its an r33 gtr fuel pump? Also what should i do to it before installing it (such as changing the sock thing etc) and is it a direct bolt on? Thanks.
