Hey guys, Just wondering I want to convert my car from auto to manual and want an estimate on the price for the parts i'll need and also if there are any places in the liverpool area that specialise in these kinds of conversions. Also planning to use all r34 parts also. I seen some threads that use r33 gearboxs but i want quotes on simply r34. Also if possible any workshops that can get these parts and also fit. Cheers guys

Recently my engine light starts popping up...only the engine light though...it pops up and goes away and comes up again. Car drives normal but i am abit concerned. The engine light on can't be a good thing. recently had a service also...Any ideas on what it could posibly be? Cheers

Thanks for the info guys, With regards to the GTR pump and regulator think I will try and source a second hand one but other parts maybe brand new as I said limited knowledge...With regards to the pump and regulator does it matter from which GTR or needs to be 34 model is there a difference...Also is it better to fork out a bit more and buy an expensive FMIC for the upgrade...Also with re to EBC...tossing between Apexi AVR-R (looks good) or GReddy Profec B spec 2 (looks like my timer)? I plan to get my work done @ Fussy's in lansvale but I am scared they maybe ripping me off. Do you guys know of any reliable mechanics able to help someone with limited knowledge like myself. There are unlimited number of FMIC's out there and someone recommended the Trust Spec M for my car...Thinking maybe fork out abit more for a HKS. Oh Decim8 are you serious an Audio system can help with that much gain!?!? lol Thanks guys

Too bad your getting rid of it...if i found it early would have considered buying it...Does you set up also include the front mount and boost that i was planning or scrapped? Also how much do you roughly guess all those parts you listed would work out to be...Also with the ECU which one are you refering to for this upgrade...Mine is tiptronic like yours so from reading all the other posts I assume the power FC is not what I looking at. Hey guys, I have a 1998 R34 GTT tiptronic and want to be able to increase power out put to 250rwkw and still be a reliable car...so far my mods are minor just a full exhaust system and pod...I have limited knowledge on cars but what do you guys think should be the next step and how much do you guys think it will cost me to acheive this. My mechanic told me the next step is for a FMIC and EBC which he quoted about $1800 including labor. Appreciate any help guys. i have been reading the forums but everyone has a different approach to there mods. Could you gimme some guidance as to also which sort of brand/parts to use. Thanks Guys.

another update, got a 3 inch exhaust system fitted into my car on saturday for $900, what do you guys recommend next....also My driver side window got smashed...some idiots broke into my car to steal my TomTom I am looking around to find a replacement but everywhere I Look there are no replacements still waiting on a call from O'brien windows. So angry. My mate also got his window smash to and his navigation also stolen this all happened on the same day as my car just different area. Any help or guidence to finding a replacement window guys.

Some asses smashed the window on the driver side of my car just to steal my TomTom. Desperatly wanting to buy a replacement urgently went to a few places to check but they all turned me down...please help if possible. I live in sydney and car is R34 GTT Automatic....any one can help me or point me in the right direction to find a replacement. Thank you heaps.

i spent about $500 alrdy just on the filter and blow off. I didn't mean to get the blow off just my bro in law said to get it so sounds better..car is automatic so not as fun as a manual. I've alrdy bought a greddy turbo timer for $150 installing it on Sat for $90. The dude at Fussy Lansvale gave me a quote for full exhaust for $900. What do you guys think? I had a look at some rims as well got a quote for $1,400 for 18 inch and $2200 for 19 inch...think I'll settle for the 18 inch but I'm gonna finish with the breathing mods 1st before I start on looks.

Hey guys just an update I had a Simota pod put into my car and also a BOV..on Sat will be getting a turbo timer...Got the job done at FUSSY in lansvale. Turbo timer will be done by the guys at auto bahn

yeh i am slowly researching but there is just too much jargon and it all so confusing lol i dont know where to start haha is there some sort of function where all the members bring out there cars and take for a drive i know some ppl with hondas who take there rides for group cruises would like to go for a cruise like that and have a look at ur guys rides and also have a look at ur mods etc

HAHA donut dave is right now I am confused is there a simple systematic method of modifying the car? say for example 1st exhaust 2nd air filter 3rd etc. Also thinking abt putting a kit on my car too. Where can I go check out some body kits saw on one of the recent posts with a white 34 loved that body kit..Like reading the posts how you guys were arguing but I didn't understand any of it. Thanks alot guys I am slowing getting to understand the complex world of modifying. Will post a pic of my baby soon.

i'm thinking about taking the car to livo exhaust to do it cause of your guys suggestion...looking at the post where i can get all the parts for $1,500 sounds good but then i need a mechanic to fit all the parts can any mechanic do the job? i also read somewhere that if i boost the car i will need a new turbo also...i am planning to spend 5k in total for the car.
