ive got 18x10.5 +16 on the rear of my 33gtst and all i had done was the guards rolled.. running a bit of camber on that but

yeh i know how you feel mate, i just had one of these cleared about a month ago.. same situation. had an officer following me around while i was looking for a car space on keilor road, middle of the day. he obviously didnt feel the need to pull me over, but still ended up getting an EPA exhaust test notice in the mail. Is there any chance your exhaust will pass with the exhaust you have on?
