First up I dont know a thing about this topic lol but I want to lower my car, I got 3 options: 1) SPRINGS - screw my shocks? in 2days 2 decades? roughly 400-500 installed 2) COILOVERS - seemed good to me until this topic. roughly 1200-3000 installed and now.. 3) BILSTEIN & WHITELINE SUSPENSION - why are they a good choice? How much? Now can anyone finally please give feedback on either option that they have taken. Thanks guys!

Find out if stretching a smaller tyre will look ok and be legal, if not, if you were going to flare the guards only 5ml you'd hardly notice, but would be just enough to make ur ride look better I think. I personally think it would look awesome, Ive just bought 9x5 n 265's on the rear also and want to lower my 34, when i have to choose Ill probably flare the guards a lil, Keep my suspension good with a decent height so im not "shovelling" lol but low enough to still look mean. I dont have the cash right now for coilovers so springs are going on mine while i save up (because i aint ridin around with "option 3" kno what i mean). Anyway get back to me on what you decide to do, id like to know how satisfied you are.

hmm not sure whats goin on here.. i started the topic and those arent my rims, maybe that guy had same problem? the rims im about to purchase are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5, his look fatter. but yeh i agree with everyone, pretty munted wheels. +3 on Autosol, havnt tried anything else. Autosol removed about 95% of the faded look on mine, looks brand new.

Im getting my rims this week and lowering my 34 is a must, how much i want to lower depends on what they look like with the tyres but maybe people with experience can help me out. My rims are 19x9.5 at the rear( cant remember what tyres were exactly, will i need to roll the guards? I know coilovers are better choice but are springs ok? Anybody recommend places in W.A? What should I pay and are they easy enough to install myself? Sorry for soo many questions but saves me asking straight after lol Cheers!

yeh i think ur right chrome black and yellow go well as long as there isnt any other colours interfering, good tint clear indicators should compliment the wheels nicely. Ill try post pics when its all complete

The dude ckecked the wheels for my car and said there good to go, all legal.. its on the reciept. I'll take that lol. Maybe to be safe get ur next wheel supplier to do the same. Cheers boys!

Before I buy my 19x8.5 and 19x9.5's does anyone know if they are legal in Western Australia? I know everyone puts them on but if their legal or not im just clueless. Their going on a R34GT. Reason for me stressin is incase im in a accident and insurance wont cover anything i heard?

I think your right, $roughly 500 front 400 rear 250-350 sides give or take 100?. I'll do it step by step. plus painting.. one powerball.. easy

its been photo shopped only because when I tried the rim on, the dude couldnt lower the jack cos the rim didnt have a tyre so really its actual size, its a 19x8.5, but i know what you mean I thought the same thing about going 20's.. anyway heres another dodgey photoshop job of how id like the car to look.. look at my awesome bodykit i made haha

Still havent heard from C-RED about the east-bear kits, but this is basically everything I want.. Does anybody know who sort this out for me? sides and rear are sweet.
