Hi Stayer, I dont have any other rims for it, but if you do, then you could have it for $14K. Ideally I would like to sell the car whole as I have no use for a set of 19's!! I purchased the car in November from a private seller in NSW, not a dealer. It was privately imported by the previous owner in 06. He apparently does have the logbooks, but moved house and was not able to find them before I purchased the car. I can contact him and see if he will look again if you are interested? Steve

I just remembered that it does have a Skyline rear swaybar.
-
It's not lowered and I think it has the stock suspension in it. With the body kit and wheels it looks great and is still a pleasure to drive (it can also get over speed humps with no troubles ). I have attaches some side angle shots of the passenger side and will upload some shots of the side profile tomorrow. Cheers, Steve 0411102942

SOLD!! Make: Nissan Model: 1996 R33 Skyline - Series II Milage: 77,000 kms Transmission: 5-Sp Manual Colour: Black Location: Canberra Currently registered? NSW (car is in the ACT at the moment though) Rego expiry? 17 March 08 Price: $14,900 ono Contact: 0411 102 942 Comments / Modifications: I have only recently purchased this car (Nov 07) and am now selling it due to a change in my personal circumstances. It is in excellent condition and a real head turner. I am a mature driver and do not race or flog this car, it has been very well looked after and is a very reluctant sale. The only notable thing about the car is that the front bar could probably use a respray (estimated at $300), but apart from that and the body is in very good condition with only a few minor stone chips. Serious enquiries only please, no time wasters/dreamers/test pilots/etc . If your looking for a R33 Skyline that you can just jump in and enjoy with nothing else to do - this is your car! Or alternatively if you are looking for an R33 with a good set of base mods that can be built on, then this car would be ideal. I can assist potential buyers with Rego and Insurance questions as I have just gone through the whole process! It is the Type-M Skyline and has as standard: Dual airbags HICAS ABS 4 Wheel Disc Brakes Climate Control (air con works very well in summer ) Power Windows Power Steering Central Locking Power Mirrors (the ones that fold in) Rear windscreen wiper Adjustable Steering Column more! It has the following modifications/accessories (most receipts available): Personalised Plates (NSW): SLY-033 Heavy Duty Clutch GTR Body Kit (this car really turns heads - looks terrific!) 19" Apache Wheels (tyres have approx 85% tread left) 3" Stainless Steel Exhaust from Turbo back with high Flow Cat (I also organised a "rego" muffler from the boys at City Exhaust which is included - just in case ) High-Flow Fuel Pump Front Mount Intercooler Skyline Rear Swaybar Stainless Steel Air Filter with Custom Alloy Airbox Oil Catch Can Turbo Timer Genuine Skyline floor mats Xenon Headlight Upgrade Autometer pillar mounted gauges New Pioneer CD/MP3 Player (has iPod input and cost over $700) New Mongoose 3pt Alarm & Immobiliser (this will satisfy the Insurance companies) (cost over $600) Remote central locking Just been serviced by AutoTek in Canberra with all oils changed (and given a clean bill of health) Just had a wheel alignment Images:

Hi, Could you check ECR33104634 for me please? Thank you!! Steve

Hi, Anyone had any experience with body shops in canberra that would be able to do a good job (for a reasonable price) of respraying my front bumber bar off my R33 and touching up some stone chips etc? Thanks Steve

Does the Power FC hand contoller also act as an electronic Boost Controller? Or should I invest in a Power AFC(?) for that? What sort of cost should I be looking at for a Power FC to suit a R33 skyline, I have seen them with controller for $1540 on ebay..
-
I have just started taking it to Autotech so I'm not sure what what they recommend - maybe I should call and ask them! Th car has FMIC, high flow air filter, 3" exhaust with high flow cat, manual (under bonnet) turbosmart boost controller, high flow fuel pump...
-
I am wondering what ECU people recommend for an R33 Series II Skyline? I have seen the Apexi Power FC and Motech's as replacement computers, and I have also read about the piggy back units - which is better?

Where to get Skyline Serviced
sly033 replied to r33skylinegtst's topic in Australian Capital Territory
I just wanted to give (another) two very big thumbs up for Autotech in Fyshwich . Ed, Peter, Mitch and the boys did a fantastic job servicing my R33 and also gave me some very good advice. I'll definately be going back. -
I am getting desparate for a set of wheels for Rego!! So, if anyone in the ACT has a set of wheels they could lend me I would be happy to pay $50 for your troubles!! Alternatively, If you are selling a cheap set of wheels I would be interested also. Cheers, Steve
