bit hard when they use coil packs. dont you connect it to the looped black wire at the back of the covers?

yes clipped it onto the looped wire on the back of the coil cover. do you need to eart out a wire or anything like that as i know you have to do things like that on other cars, have not done much work on skylines. it was originally an automatic and still has the same computer, ran fine before though. changed the clutch as well but cant see how that would effect it.

i have checked it and everything lines up perfect. the belt is deff not the problem. Is there anything else that would cause a problem with ignition timing? another sensor. the cas is in right as i checked that the locating dowel is still there.

i have just finished doning the major service on my car and now it is very laggy and has no kick. Here are the mods after it was running good.
rb25 s1 turbo
cam gears - set at 0 degrees
cam belt
walbro 255l pump
computer has been reset but still problems. I know it should be retuned but i thought it would run better than this. Power flattens off at around 4500rpm. It feels like a cam tooth out but i have double checked.

Comments / Modifications: it was rebuit 8 months ago and the motor sounds very tight Has a bb t28 turbo with 3" dump pipe. front mount, full exhaust, boost controller set at 10psi, clutch is good and grabs quickly, car is black, interior is clean except for passenger door trim is spongy under the trim, has rare 3 factory guages in center console,
cd player with front and rear speakers. has rego till november. want to sell or swap as i just came out of a rb20 r31 and missing the rear wheel drive.

no thats just the main things just think of a rolling shell with parts missing, some trim taken but for the price its worth it.

r33 wreck was partig out but now has to be gone wednesday, has diff and suspension, but no wheels. no doors or ftont panels. come and pickup. asking $500 the diff is worth that alone but make offer and take. call 0422655439 anytime.

have a pair of standard cam gears off an rb20, has done 70*** kays no problems just removed for upgrade. pickup in parramatta. $60 for the pair.

i must add that their work is really good . my car has the full kit. If you see a black one in their photos thats mine. the fit is really good and gaps are pretty close.
