  1. Seems like a lot of work, at work we just use a hose to flush it all out. Too much effort to take the radiator out and muck around with that. If you use tap water in the cooling system, it will corrode your radiator, but just cleaning it should be fine, but its up to you how you do it. Bleeding the system is pretty much just running it for a while, letting the air bubbles escape. When it starts to overflow, i usually put my hand over it to make it go into the overflow tank and dont waste it. If your in a hurry, you can over fill the overflow tank, and it'll suck the coolant in as it is needed, but it probs isnt recommended.
  2. I reckon do all of them, might be a little weird only the quarter windows. Are you aware this tint is illegal tho? 2 reflective of some shit like that.
  3. Looks hot. once its lowered and the brakes are bigger it'll look sweet. Good work
  4. U laugh?? Oooookkaaaayyy... Saw a car go through the front of a house, and the car he hit missed a tree by mere inches before going over three empty lanes. That was kinda scary. They were both ok thankfully.
  5. That is really cool. Where did u get the BREMBO stencils from? That would be a ricers dream, fake brembos!! Can you get NISSAN ones as well?
  6. Private security guard? Have u seen those videos of the monkey security system, with the monkey in the boot? I've always wanted one of those!!
  7. And I dont think NA and turbo are any different, they are still the same engine. The layout and everything in the engine bay are all the same
  8. yeh, sorry mate, it is a plastic screw bung sort of thing. And leave the heater on for as long as you are doing it, make sure the coolant can flow through and fill it up. You do know how to bleed the system, dont you?
  9. Also, I cleaned out the overflow tank. I squirted water into it then sucked it out, but the best way would be to take it out and clean it properly, unless its already clean then don't worry about it.
  10. Hey mate, i did this today. Jack your car up first, makes it much easier. I really wish I had a jack... On the passenger side, there is a 40mm hole in the cover, which you can see a plastic bung through. Grab your screw driver and undo this. If you leave your radiator cap off, only some coolant will drip off, then take the cap off later when you are out of the way. Make sure the heater is open so the coolant in the heater can be drained an be replaced. Otherwise you won't flush all the old coolant out. I don't have a photo, but its pretty easy to find. Good luck!
  11. An MFD and the rare NISMO gauges? Bit greedy... Thats 3 screens! Damn, lucky barstard. Thats something I might actually look into doing, it looks so good. Do you guys have the store MALZ over there? I noticed they had them today. Not sure about the sizes, but you should be able to modify them to fit.
  12. My mate was looking for someone is Perth to chrome the centre caps on his wheels, but couldn'n findint find anyone. Looked everywhere. I'd be interested in finding someone who does it, my engine bay is looking very boring.
  13. Yeh, I should, hey. Nice people, but the police factor really bugs me. I think I have two cops in the street now!! eek!! Damn loud exhaust...
  14. I dont have any help-ur-self wreckers around me that I know of, but I'll ring around and find out. I'll have to look in other areas as well, I'll let you know how I go
  15. No, I'm not serious, but mine is non-turbo. Hopefully I'll covert it over and then yeh, it'll cost me a lot. But the way I drive, the little needle hangs around the red line quite often!
  16. MALZ hey? I've been meaning to get there. Sweet, cheers mate. $60 aint bad either, spoiler shop sells them for $110!! Do MALZ do refunds? Cos I havent got my wheel yet, being sent on Monday, but I want the Boss Kit before i get the wheel, so I dont have to stare at the sexy MOMO wheel for ages b4 it goes back on!
  17. They are for looks, but any metal working place should have them. Solid steel would be too heavy, but maybe the hand towel rails from Bunnings? That'd look good, but you'd have to repaint them every few years as the finish comes off them
  18. Not exactly the same, but close enough. Looks good, but not something I'd get.
  19. On a HUMMER H3 maybe? Hmmm, theres an idea for when I win Lotto!! I'd do it because its so different.
  20. probs not. i'll stand corrected if i'm wrong, but why would Nissan spend unneccesary money putting the sensors in the GTT if they wont be used? How easy would this be to put in a R33? It'd be so cool!!
  21. Listen to the man! Tried it to get the sticky stuff left over from my old service sticker off, worked a treat!!
  22. i'm getting one for my 'line. Neighbours r cops with young kids, so loud = not good!! plus want 2 be able to muffle it wen the cops are near.
  23. Yeah, that sounds nice. Could probs get the brushed alloy look urself, but like you said it'd be alot easier to buy it. let us no how u go
