Do Luck Tunnel/rear Cross Bar

Hey, I've been brousing this forum for a while now but it's time for a post now. I've just bought a Do-Luck rear cross bar for my R33 but because it was 2nd hand there are no instructions and the guy I bought it off never fit it. So I was wondering if any of you guys have one fitted or know how to fit it. Chris -
Are these convertable to mph, that is one nice peice of equiptment
