dont do it dude... i was in the exact same situation as you about a year and a half ago... had about 8K in the bank + plus had a casual job in retail while at uni... i wanted a nice car so badly... even had my loan for 13k approved (against my parents wishes) and the night before i had to put the deposit down on the FC, my dad sat me down and told me how life will be like under debt... so i backed out... decided to get serious... drove my mum's shitty laser around for a year... put $200 a week aside for a couple of months and then paid my own car from my own pocket... trust me man... it feels so good knowing that u dont have any liabilities against yr ride.... friend of mine got a loan for 30k for an s15... he bought it... stuffed up his leg on his job and couldnt work... atm his insurance is paying for it.. but once he goes under the knife for his operation then he will have to pay it himself... which will be f**kin hard with no job... so my advice... save for a few months... by then yr savings will be making a little bit extra in a savings account... cars will depreciate and become that little bit cheaper and u will have the satisfaction of knowing that u dont have to for out $100 a week or whatever to keep yr car with u... my 2 cents... P.S situations will always occur where u will have to spend extra cash on your car... my car was recently smashed with a beer bottle... so thats gonna cost me a few hundred to repair... a 'just in case' fund should always be put aside for unusual situations

Was driving home from a mates house on luxford rd through Bidwill/Lethridge Park (Near Mt Druitt) and was about to drive past a group of teenagers (about 15 of them)... All of a sudden... one of them jumps up runs straight towards my car and belts a beer bottle straight at me... It went straight threw the rear glass (the one behind the passenger window)... wot a f**king bunch of useless, jealous, drunk mother f**kers!!!! if there went so many i would made use of the trolley pole i keep handy in my car... called the cops... gave em the report... they said they are gonna drive past the area and check it out... but dont think anything will happen... (one of the cops was actually complimenting my car lol) How much do ya rekon it will cost to replace the glass?? only have 3rd party so cant claim any insurance (premiums would have not been worth the repair costs anyway).. any1 know a nice shop where i can get the work done? somewhere that wont rip me off hehe.. just wanted to vent i guess thanks guys

i was just reading some of the old threads and came accross something that i might try am i suppose to remove the plastic bung from the NC outlet on the solenoid... mine is internally gated so i just left the plastic thingi on...

yeh originally i did have mine tee'd with the fuel pressure regulator but the car would not run more than standard boost no matter what i did with the settings on the controller... the fuel pressure regulator was also tee'd to run the pipe into the back of the boost controller... seems like its hooked up properly but i still cant figure out why its running the standard settings :S

Hey guys, I'm installing the profec B but i need to confirm whether the piping from the "NO" port actually goes into the intercooler piping at the moment its running to some sort of breather pipe for the POD. I've also got a Greddy Spec M Intercooler so the piping is not all standard. me and my mates think that we need to run the pipe from the "NO" port to the intercooler piping but we cant find a nipple on the pipe to hook it up too.. Do i need to go to a tuner shop and get a pipe welded on?? here is a pik of how it is currently set up
