i got there around 9ish... drove thru the main str8 where all the cars were parked only to see undercovers in F6s everywhere with Riot Squad Police driving around too.... (somethin must have happened)... but yeh... parked like 15mins walk away from the main str8 to check out the cars and saw coppers handing out defect notices left right n centre.... saw some poor guy in a r33 got done... slowly walked to my car n kept a low profile... neva going to one of those ever again.... there were way too many coppers there... someone wud have tipped them off or they knew before hand...

told my mate to take sum pics and this is all he took.... shocking...

i bought it as it is so .... never really thought about 5 stud conversion... need more power so focusing on engine ps... its a GTST... dont be fooled by the blue GT badges hehe

someone organise a weekend cruise to somwhere like palm beach.... (i cant cuz i dont have the patience or the organisation skills to compile something like it hehe) assasin used to do an awesome job... wonder what happened wit him but yeh... to be honest the thu night meet ups are all well and good but we need a good windy open road for a nice drive the ones to palm beach and megalong valley were awesome...

i did mine on my 33... started drilling under the window viper the realised its the wrong place lol on the 33 its on a vertical plate... shoud be around the same area for the r34 i suppose sort of hard to explain... the metal dips down and u have to cut a hole in the vertical part of the metal...

anyone show up? i was comin back from livo n dropped in around 1ish... no one from SAU there.. might have showed up just a little bit late

yeh i tried arguing with the lady on the phone... but she kept saying 'thats our policy sir' its only minor damage so i didnt really mind... any decent panel beating shop can fix it so i let it go plus this way i dont have to go around gettin quotes hehe

have you made sure that your allowed to pick your own repairer? some insurance companies have their own repairers and you have to go through them. some retard reversed without looking into the side of my r33 and he's with AAMI. I have to take mine to their assessment centre and they will designate one of their own repairers to fix the car... i was thinking of getting something extra outta it too, like gettin the whole body straightenend and buffed but they know what they are doin lol pain in the ass man... lotta hassle but the guy was nice... paid the excess the same night...

hey guys, had my car parked in front of my house and some idiot reversed without looking and drove straight into my right door... its been slightly bent and paint is gone... so i just wanted to double check if this paint is a standard colour that the r33 came in... im pretty sure it is... but the reason i ask is that I havent seen any others like it on the road... p.s if u know the colour code it wud b even better here are some piks

no boost controller yet... profec b going in about a fortnight... stock ecu... standard boost... stock boost guage doesnt show it going past 6psi.. pretty sure it is running rich... but changing the spark plugs did make a slight difference..

dont worry guys i fixed it... turned out i had to tpiece a pipe and run it to another pipe that was hooked up to the old intercooler piping... blardi japanese instructions... had to guess everything lol.. thanks anyways...

crap... how do i check if its detonating or not??

ok, finally finished putting the intercooler on yesterday... took it out for a test drive... gave it a hit and as soon as the boost comes on around 5000 RPM the car just starts backfiring (atleast it sounds like backfiring) and it doesnt even move past the revs... the boost has gone up cuz of the fmic but im not sure how much because I dont have a boost guage put in yet... this problem still occured before i put the fmic on but it was no way near as bad as now... it used to mainly do it in 2nd gear when i put my foot down... but still used to hit redline eventually (while backfiring between 5000 to Redline)... my mate told me to change my sparkplugs which i did while i had the car apart for the fmic... but i only changed 4 out of 6 cuz i snapped 2 of them while putting them on... could that be it? or do you think its fuel... maybe injectors? ive got no idea to be honest... complete noob on this sorta stuff the car drives fine if you dont punch it... if you slowly take it to redline it will go there no problem... no backfiring at all... but if you give it a hit it just stops going past 5000 and starts backfiring like crazy HELP PLEASE oh btw who knows any decent shops in western sydney (blacktown area) where i can go to get them to look at it...

started putting the intercooler in yesterday morning... didnt get it finished yet turns out i had to use some of the standard piping as well cuz i didnt get all of wit the spec m... and i decided to change the spark plugs while i had it all apart... that added another 2 hours of misery lol still havent finished it all... i need to drill a hole on the left side where the bottle for the wiper spray sits... bit of a pain in the ass... but saving like $600 so i suppose its worth the effort.
