    A 6466 would do 500 with ease, no reason to go to the bigger comp wheel and push the curve further to the right. I believe JEM did a 2.6 / 6466 engine and spat out 603 at 35 psi.... IIRC. Big dollar engine however.

    TU2868RHTA Upgrade customer's GT2860R or RS to a 68mm HTA billet compressor wheel $700.00 I just jumped onto the FP site. The 68 mm wheel is $700 per turbo. In regards to the rear housing issue, would there be any advantage of opening up the gate hole? Something like the XR6T boys do with their stock turbo's.

    Never heard of that. Not saying it ain't true, but those sorts of issues become pretty well known damn quickly. What's "heavy loads"?

    Hmm. Would 0.84 housings fit in a stock position? It would mean custom dumps but. Those 68's are too big for me. If I did anything, prob the 60 mm gtx's in stock housings. Lithiums idea was a rip snorter. The trust t517's with their bigger rear wheel and the FP 68 mm front fans. I think that's what it was.

    Smash it to bits. The clutch you have isn't sprung centre and well and truly overkill for what you want. Pete, I'd suggest to change that bad boy and give the box a fighting chance if living.

    You're doing more damage by being soft with it as there is no "fuse", ie wheelspin. Give it more revs and use the throttle to control wheelspin.
