  1. Only if they're shit!A good piston should require no more than 2 thou piston to bore.
  2. Manual? FFS. The plumbing could possibly be wrong. Actuators might not be setup correctly. Check setup.
  3. Depends on setup and supporting parts so impossible to say.Funny that you say that about type B's . 305 kw at 16 psi isn't toooooo bad on -5's with such a basic setup. Needs more boost. Chuck 22-24 psi at it and see what happens.
  4. Twin turbo pipe is fine. Maybe put the divider in it but it won't be the cause of the low figure. Cams won't help here. Stock cams will go much further than that. Something is Definately amiss.
  5. Most of the jap stuff is junk. Exhausts, catch cans, most fuel rails are junk designs. Aussie engineering could take it to the jap "bling" companies without batting an eyelid. Catalogue shopping is junk.
  6. Serious? Go go go but no stop stop stop...
  7. Buy a more expensive car. Problem solved
  8. Stock rb25, GTX 3071 int gate, stock cams. I know it's not apples to apples but it's some sort of comparison. I'll find the formula to work out torque from power.
  9. Carbon driveshaft won't do much for how the turbos will respond. You notice the throttle response improve a bit.You want response, 6262 would be your pick, not a 6266.
  10. BC's are adjustable, doesn't make them any good at all, whatever the setting. A quality shock is gonna cost some coin either way. A Nismo S tune should do the trick bang for buck.
  11. Did you happen to do the front too, Ants while the engine was out?
  12. Nismo twin plate coppermix C spec. Plenty of guys on here running them. Have a dig around this section, you'll find enough info about them.
  13. Bee R belongs here...
  14. Not sure why I can't paste and quote on my laptop.Below are some logs off my own car from before a crank trigger and after. Nissan CAS. Ross crank trigger. Thank god there is a cover over the timing belt. It flops around like a pogo stick. Out of sight out of mind .
  15. Ohh? Depends of they do them in GTR housings.
  16. Prepared to do a whole heap of custom piping ?
  17. ^^^ you knew that before you bought that monster though. Lol
  18. I'm running 3 044's. 1 in tank and 2 feed. Late last year I had my primary feed pump start to die after 4 years. I noticed as I would start coming on my fuel pressure would drop. Swapped pumps around and problem went away. Maybe the sitting around for 10 months when I popped my engine played a part?Either way, they're cheap enough.
  19. When doing my rear I was tossing up between the quaife and the Nismo GT pro. I went the Nismo because the Quaife in the rear was just released and there was no feedback around, despite how good it was up the front. The Nismo, on medium is way too much, I need to back it off and to get back that front drive that the quaife gave prob need to throw some extra friction plates into the transfer case. The Nismo (Atleast on medium) is one agro mofo. How the quaife would go as a rear, it won't be a bad thing, may be super special but there isn't many people running one as they are so new.
  20. Depends how you use your car. Who knows how accurate that is. That might be a "disclaimer" just to cover their asses.
  21. Can always use the standard return as a feed and run an extra return line.044's are rated at 500 working hours on E85.... Or so they say in the box. That's a bloody long time if it's a weekend car.
  22. Why not just loop them?
