  1. New coil harness, splitfires and a Morris tech ignitor box. Plug gap is 0.8 mm.I had a pretty HKS hold box but ended up turfing that and went down my current route.
  2. This. When I bought my car, the Sard 800's were in the standard rail. They fit a lot better in an 11mm rail though. Also, be careful with Jap rails. Make sure they have a "seat" in the rail for the injector to but up against. I know the Sard rails don't.
  3. I really don't think you need to reinvent the wheel for that grunt. Many people have done it on very basic setups. CDI's and stuff really ain't needed.
  4. ^^ How much power are you after?
  5. There is a aftermarket ignitor which fixed my ignition issues and also Joeys. http://www.moristech.com.au/Moristech%20Price%20List%201st%20August%202010.pdf 6 channel, replaces the standard one. Mine lives tucked up in the footwell.
  6. Sump and pistons are gone.
  7. Come get them, Deano. Help me fund my gearbox
  8. Sump and pistons gone - payment pending. Coil overs - possibly
  9. Forgot to add, buyer pays postage.
  10. Hey guys, I have some stuff in my garage that I would like to get rid of. All items are located in Georges Hall, 2199, Sydney. PM or call 0402 564 237 Item 1: Rays/Nismo LM GT 1 18 x 10 + 20, white centre with polished Price: $2490 Condition: Lips have been polished up and look great. Centre’s are not too bad, id say a light polish and they would come up good as new. I’m getting rid of these because I have a set of Bronze TE37’s coming and just don’t have the room to keep 3 sets of wheels! These are a 1996 build so I’d say one of the first set to be made. Look pretty damn good for a 18 year old wheel! Item 2: Cobra Suzuka Pro seat Price: $750 Condition: Brand new. I bought it 2.5 years ago and by the time I went to put it in the car, I don’t fit in it anymore. I’m simply just going to by the next size up. Would have less than 3 minutes total sitting time. Item 3: Racepace 9.5 Litre 4WD sump. Price: $1450 Condition: It’s an unused ‘modified’ sump. You send Racepace yours, they modify it and send it back. It has been sitting in my garage wrapped up for 18 months. Item 4: R33 GTR sliding seat rail Price: $100 Condition: It came out of “JAGR33’s” car from Melbourne and never put it in mine. Can’t see what could go wrong with a seat rail but I have not had it in my car to try it out. Item 5: Tomei forged RB26/RB28 pistons. 86.5mm in size. NON VALVE RELIEF! Price $200 Condition: These came out of my last engine when it let go. Hardly any wear marks on the skirts although they have a slight tap on the tops where the exhaust valves hit the piston when I smashed my oil pump. I would have reused them but I was going to use high lift cams and wasn’t sure if I was going to go down the VCAM route. Item 6: Tomei 270 @ 10.25 mm procams Price: $30 Condition: These, as above, came out of my last engine. The lobes are fine but there is some scuff marks where the caps hold the cam down. They might be able to be cleaned up. Nice cam for someone that wants some decent top end. Item 7: RB26 Ignitor Price: $70 Condition: Worked in my engine but due to an upgrade I did to the ignition system, it’s no longer needed. Item 8: HKB quick release. Price: $100 Condition. Once again, came out of JAG R33’s car and I never fitted it. It was working on his car before he pulled it off. Item 9: R33 GTR V Spec front diff centre Price: $30 Condition: Was working fine, I just upgraded to a Quaife centre. Item 10: Ikeya Formula Tension Rod, Pillow ball type Price: $200 Condition: In my car for 15,000 kms or there abouts. I only removed them as my roll centre adjuster kit comes with this particular arm. No noises from the pillow ball at all. These are high quality. Item 11: R33/R34 Nismo Type R suspension 12kg/mm front 10kg/mm rear. Price: $2,000 Condition: No leaks or bangs. The front’s were refurbished in 2011 by a company that Aaron at Import monster uses. Only changed due to doing a whole custom suspension setup. *I only have 3 struts ATM due to the guy that did my custom setup using the 4th strut for a few reference point’s. I will get that back very soon. ** These are basically a Ohlins Flag R, just painted Nismo colours. Last time I looked, the Flag R’s were 650,000 yen ($6,000 or so).
  11. I'm about to put my LM GT1's 18 X 10 + 20 polished lip, white centres up for sale. Just sent you a PM.
  12. The 6266 has a bigger exhaust wheel.
  13. How much power do you want, what are you doing with the car. Might be worth going the larger rear housing on a 2.8.
  14. -10's on a high comp 2.8 and a 8375 on a 8.5:1 on a 2.6, having driven both, I'd take the single on a 2.6. That, on a high comp with head work on a 2.8 would be a totally different kettle on fish. -10's on a 2.6 would suck the hiney, so, so hard!
  15. Nah I don't Chris. I know Deano has an incar, but I can't find it on Youtoob! Best to stay right to the end as a lot of the guys seem to pack up after 2ish. The last hour is run after run. On average I'd say you'd get 12-15 runs if enough people leave/stack/break cars.
  16. I've had two cracks at it, its HEAPS of fun. Doing it in an MX5, you should almost be able to hold it flat through the "Y" section. There is so much time to be had from there to the left hander at the top control tower.
  17. I'll speak to you about that when you get home. It does mean pulling the clutch off and sending it away though.
  18. Car has been parked Joey. I drove it around to get all the ethanol out of it but that was about a month ago. It's in it's naughty corner haha. I was going to chuck Micks spare box in it, but its summer and Xmas - too hot, too many cops, not good to drink and drive. As I said in the post above, is they do the box that we want I dare say we will just do that and be done with it. There will be a bit of a delay if that happens though. If they don't, I still want to drive that dog box, but like you, I'll end up with that helical set unless the dog really surprises me. When are you back?
  19. Seen that video a million times. Still, before I commit to something like that, I want to drive one to see and feel it for myself. I'll know more in the new year, but I'm still pushing PPG to do the straight cut 1-4, helical 5th, synchro box. Hopefully they do it.
  20. Going by matts NEO, you shouldn't need to.
  21. RH9 will do it with ease until you're running 11ty pumps. Bolts straight in and does the job.
  22. What are you running to warrant 150 amp?
