  1. I'll be turning it down I think haha.
  2. That's fine, but for the average joe blow on a "normal budget", why would you want to rev the thing past 8000 RPM.
  3. Just rolled off the dyno. On the highest setting it made 375 at 4500 and 425 at 5000 rpm. Still made 470 plus up top. Hooray for more midrange.
  4. http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/u457/Ptriffitt/78F96AE0-C683-43DB-A7C3-A9302D8C9ED6-25875-000005309EA4F74C_zpsa05bd37e.mp4 Just chilling on the dyno.
  5. Couldn't be too high, 30's don't rev... Or something
  6. Lol. That was ages ago!!! That's when I realised I needed to stop better than I was
  7. It's just a quick adjust to a few cells. All goodI'll have a few vids of this coming Tuesday.
  8. Did you baby it around or did you load it up to get the gases behind the rings early on?
  9. What's the issue with standard that you need to change? What do you hope to gain?
  10. The most we have run is 28 psi IIRC. A graph is here a few pages earlier. I normally just leave it at 25 psi.
  11. Prob should update this. The last few weeks its copped two new 044's. My primary feed pump wasn't playing ball do they both went. As a result, my idle is grumpy and my cold start is junk due to the increased fuel pressure at idle. It goes in tomorrow to get this fixed up and chucked on the dyno for a quick health check before these track days coming up. It also copped two new front drive shafts as I did a boot on each side. The passenger one was clicking. Grease everywhere!!!! Ordered some new brake pads. These 2500's just won't cut it. Damn heavy whale! New front diff oil yesterday. Coolant bleed. New engine oil tonight ready for dyno thrashes! Having front sway bars link washers turned up. ATM, the front isn't connected. It's a tad taily but it makes it interesting!
  12. "Rev harder" For a joe blow, average guy, why do you want to spin the engine to the moon and back? It just won't last. Stroker or RB 30 all the way. More twist ... EVERYWHERE!
  13. Thanks Dan! I take no responsility for ling long noodles and bully beef .
  14. Stories of a Nismo "letting go" and taking half the car with it? Link? Pics?
  15. *thumbs up* Sounds great. Any power figures yet?
  16. Sure are mate.
  17. EDIT: didn't read the last page before posting
  18. Thanks man. They're 18 x 10 + 12 with 285 RSR's on them. The tyres are a tad wide for those rims. They definitely are not an easy rim to find. So damn light at 7.45 kg.
  19. External is fine, just plumb it back into the exhaust.
