  1. I know you said you don't really want to change turbo's, but those 2540's are probably the worst lowmount setup on a GTR for any type of "'response". Cam timing and tunes are only gonna help so much. A set of type R Poncams if you must buy a set of bumpsticks would be the go.
  2. They're Fkn useless those grubs. I tried to get a few 3 inch exhaust gaskets. Nup. 6 mm Vac line... Only turbosmart shit. 3 m for $35. grrr.
  3. I have one mate. I can't get the bloody thing open haha. Going out tomorrow to see what the latest is. w00!

  14. deleted heat exchanger (because it was contaminated with oil pump gears haha) and HKS put in a fitting from the back of the head for water to go to the top radiator hose housing. That's the prick that caused us issues
  15. I'm trying to find a new spot for that sensor ATM. Big thing it is! argh! Such a great setup though. Who cares what you put in, pull out of the servo and belt it
  16. Awsome man. Looks like it has really woken up the 2530's in the area which matters on the street. How much of a difference to drive is it? It's great that the Link is doing it's thing! *mega thumbs up*

  19. Ok, todays effort. Sammich plate in. We got the box off and back on only for that ring thing in the clutch come off. Box off, fix and back on. Next issue. TOP STARTER MOTOR BOLT! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Some idiot decided to cable tie the new water line from the rear of the head in the worst position ever. After a few hours (and some brain juice), it's in. Let's see how we go tomorrow night!
  20. Don't drive like a hoon for the last 5 minutes of your journey. Job done. What about brake temps and every other fluid in the car? ( I know it's not like your diff and box will get extremely hot on the street, but the point still stands)
  21. You don't need one. Spend the money on something worthwhile.
  22. I remembered that fooker this time. I made sure of it! haha
  23. So. Engine is in and mostly all hooked up. Box is in its place BUT needs to come back out again. Some IDIOT forgot to put the sammich plate in between the block and box. I found it though. It was down at the engine builders where I left it. That little mistake will be fixed on Friday.
