  1. Standard intake piping as in the pipes from airbox to turbo's and the 'twin turbo pipe'? If so then yes Exhaust manifolds are a yes also.
  2. Located a set of cam caps today! Get it tunnel bored and the head can be put onto the block. Cams are now the delay. At least the engine can be put all together though! For anyone else needing caps in the future, Nissan don't sell them as a part. I sure as hell wasn't going to be buying a new head just for the caps!
  3. Get me a set of cam caps and tell JUN to hurry the hell up with my cams and it will be done a lot quicker
  4. Yeah I know Dave. I have no choice though
  5. Hey guys, I'm after a set of cam caps for an RB26. Someone in Japan thought they needed them more than me and flogged them off my head before it was sent on over to Aus. Goes without saying that they need to be in good condition. Cheers Paul
  6. You're fitting that thing. The decision has been made haha
  7. What he said! Been there and done that, twice. First set lasted 15,000 kms or so, second set was 1,000 or 1,500. Forget them! HKS Japan even say to run the standard manifolds (Ask Elrodeo666 who had his HKS 2.8 built by HKS Japan.... That in itself says something!!!!) ID 2000's. Great choice. Even though they flow enough to be fire hydrants, they idle and drive better than atleast the Sard 800's ever could dream of!
  8. Yeah man. The little attention to detail is always nice
  9. Hey guys. Item: OEM RB26 exhaust manifolds Location: Georges Hall, Sydney Price: $30 pick up or buyer pays postage. Condition: Fine. Have been 'ported'. I made 426 rwkw with them on -5's at 23ish psi, so not causing a restriction. Payment: Direct debit to my account, Or cash on pickup (if in Sydney) Reason for sale: HKS did me another set with my head that i had build over there. I'm only going to kick my big toe on them so I want them gone. How to contact: Either PM me or ring on 0402 564 237. Few pics.
  10. That was Steveo's idea. He got a whole heap on numbers made up in the same size, height and font in alloy as the standard lettering. Grind the 6 off, tack weld the 8 on, paint, machine off the paint and clear coat it.
  11. Did a little bit of tinkering today. I swapped my cam baffles out of my original covers into my painted ones. That's obviously the mesh under baffles. Here are the painted baffles. Chris from "Craved coatings" did them this time last year. Keen eyes will notice the "RB28". Looks factory apart from the colour!
  12. Almost stalling? Sort your tune out.
  13. A little update today. I dropped the head, cam gears, retainers and springs off today. Waiting on cams (on order) and cam caps. Who on earth steals cam caps from a head! ARGH! The decision was made to have the compression ratio at 9.3:1 with a squish clearence of between 30 and 33 thou. The last engine was 9.0:1 so we will try for a little more considering whenever its going to be given a hard time it will be on E85. A few cheeky photo's. Racepace sump. The Quaife front diff has been fitted. Picked that up last night. Sorry, no internal pics. My dressed FPR with the Fuel pressure sensor in the side of the reg. So much neater than some gastric looking 'fitting' in the middle of the return line.
  14. How many kms was on the Nismo twin? Was it a coppermix? Was it the competition model?
  15. Hey guys. Item: SARD RJ Fuel Pressure Regulator. Location: Georges Hall, Sydney Price: $220.00 delivered anywhere on mainland Australia. Condition: Perfect. Came off my car running and in immaculate condition. Payment: Direct debit to my account or cash on pickup (if in Sydney) Reason for sale: Changing return lines back to my surge tank. This has -6 entry and exit fittings and won't accept -8. Otherwise I would keep it on the car. It also comes with a mounting bracket which is the same as in the photo below. How to contact: Either PM me or call on 0402 564 237. A little bit of info. http://www.gcg.com.au/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=900&category_id=85&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=101 Cheers.
  16. From memory I bought two sets of seals from autobahn. Picked out the right sizes and it was all good.
