  7. It's a road car right? It doesnt flow as well as the standard one at 'normal' RPM. Bigger aint always better!
  8. Nah. I'm keeping the little 5's. It made 426 at 22 psi top end. 450 was only a intake cam twist away. That will do. I'm not too keen on the whole custom piping. OEM airbox FTW!
  9. "most" of the guys that would use them would have the rears off a -5, 2530, RS or -10. The big cost is the intake piping. The guy I was spekaing to wanted to come and have a look at my engine bay when the engine and turbo's are in. He may have an idea.

  11. I was just down at GCG and asked about these babies. ABOUT $1,400 per turbo not including a turbine housing.

  13. Oh your poor gearbox Joey. It's ok. We can have a 'gearbox BBQ' when it dies. Throw yours, mine and Steveo's gearset in a fire and watch them burn! It's going to see what this thing makes on E85! It's going to be one wild ride

  15. Sounds good? Anything aftermarket sounds like a wet fart (but that just a matter of opinion). I spose you could put VTO valves on and potentially have issues like alot of other people do when wanting to 'sound cool'. Put the OEM ones back on. They work perfectly fine and won't sound like 'one of those guys'.
  16. I didnt see any issues. Big ends looked perfect after engine pull down, even using semi's.

  18. It idled fine, started fine but it sent the AFM's into spaz mode. Fuel economy was horrible as it would just 'shuffle' under light load. I know some guys have no issues and maybe it was just my setup (Choof Choof twin GTRS's).
  19. ^ When I had my twin entry ARC cooler on my GTR I had to remove the BOV return piping to make it all fit. My car had AFM's at the time and it played havoc with the tune. The tracer while tuning would float around. On the road it was horrible!

  25. How do they sound? I found a big difference between RS's and the 5's. Are these different again?
