  1. Well I'm making 402 rwkw using ID 2000's ( which are actually 2250cc) at 52% duty cycle. Calculate that back it's roughly 1170cc I'm using.... Soooo not very much if that's anything to go by

  7. I'll throw up my little 2 cents with this 4WD vs RWD garbage. On unigroups dyno a few years ago I made 370 RWKW. One week later I made 361 AWKW on Rigoli's dyno at a Dyno day. I realise they are different dynos's and stuff but they are my results.
  8. I was looking at the 260's @ 10.8mm. Thoughts? The Gibson cams are HUUGE. I wonder why they went for such huge duration?
  9. Matt. Have you tried any different cams combo's? Why the 264's @ 9.7?
  10. Marko, Head is ported.... how good of a job is anyones guess. Does it match the turbo's and cams? I have NFI Cams as Ash has said a very touchy subject. Tangomatt used baby cams (Ok he had vcam but meh) Marcus used 264's @ 9.7 and got a mega result I am using 270's @ 10.25 and it comes on later and makes less grunt. Gav is using 272's (i think) Ah we could go back and forth about this.
  11. Im damn sure the 25 pulleys are 3PK and the 26's are 4PK... so no it wont work
  12. I pulled off my front pipe on my car and heat wrapped it. I know when I am a passenger my right leg used to get very warm. Since then it is not as bad. Just do it. It wont/cant hurt!

  14. Whats the damage for the crank mount pick up? Do they run off all balancers or is it off the flywheel?
  15. I 99% sure when the previous owner built the engine he chucked a new CAS at it. Maybe I should replace it and see what happens? Is there any way of insulating the CAS from 'noise'?
  16. Im running a Power FC and Steve is running a.... ummm... haltech? Motec? either way it is not a power fc.
  17. Ash. Seeing your a Melb/Racepace customer they must have come across this issue in their cars. I knew Steveo asked them but as far as I know they never got back to him. Seeing that they are the king dick of street/track orientated GTR's you would think they might have a solution for this? Its a very annoying problem on a big built engine. Not only because you cant get 100% power out of it but also what if its out THAT much that it pop's the engine. There goes ALOT of cash!

  19. I had this same problem when mine was getting tuned by Yavuz. I'm pretty sure Unigroup themselves are working on some sort of crank trigger but it is not finished yet. Its a bitch of a problem yet not much has been said about it.

  22. Dont HKS have 3 different cam profiles? Which one would be the ideal one for a -5 setup? Matt has the smallest version.... But then HKS recommend for a RS/TO4Z setup the biggest duration and lift setup in the V-Cam they half....
