Yes thats right. OSG 1,2,3 with heavy duty input shaft and I chose to use a stock Nissan 5th gear as it is taller then the OSG item. Synchro's are all genuine, most of which came out of the box I smashed to bits. That box had 11,000 KMS on it. Some people are totally for the redline stuff, yet others wont go near it. On a side note when the new Nissan 5 speed box went in Just Jap wouldnt warranty the box unless Redline lightweight went into it.

Only if i am a fairy and bog the first try. Try again 5 seconds later with more revs and away she goooooooooooes haha.

It's a 2000 KM old OSG 5 speed. Fresh as a daisy.

Notchy only when cold I have found... once warm it is smoooth as silk

NO problems. Have one on mine. Crica 370 RWKW. Never slipped. Plenty on 8000 RPM launches. Been on the car for 15000 kms.

Ahh. A white R32 GTR. Interesting. Pretty funny about the BOV's though. I suppose we could almost get away with saying 'no we dont have them' if they are the stock items! On side note. Im surprised i havent seen you floating around here. (in the R34 that is)

I have a N1 Pump in my car. Tomei stroker, GT block with GT RS's off the side. Limiter set at 8500 RPM only to not hit it. Always shift no higher then 8000. Motor has so far done 16000 kms. It does have a ATi balancer on it though.... if that helps. Maybe one of the good ones? Knock on wood it doesnt kick the bucket next time i drive it!

Is that your engine bay photo in your Display Picture? What else did they try and get you on? I live in Bankstown and have owned my GTR for 2 years. Not once have i been pulled over, looked at twice or anything. Pretty heavily modified too. A bloke from work was saying that on Friday night the coppers down Malabar way were pulling anything and everything over and going to town on them. Pretty scary!

Hey guys. Just a quick question in regards to a few suspension components im going to install in my R33 GTR. Im in two minds if i should go with the pillow ball or the bushing type where i have the choice. The car is 95% road car which is driven maybe once a fortnight. I have heard that the pillow balls are a little bit noiser which is not really a big concern, unless it really is totally unbearable. I have a set of Nismo S-Tune suspension to go in (NOT hight adjustable) Was thinking along the lines of Ikeya Formula Rear Camber adjuster upper arm, Ikeya Formula adjuster aear lower arm set, Ikeya Formula front upper link set, Ikeya Formula front pillow adjuster link set and maybe some Cusco swaybars. Thoughts? Should i do anything different? Brief spec of the car is a 2.8 litre with GT RS's with 370 RWKW.

Is it really killing anyone by having it open? A few of us are still having issues.

SOunds like a injector has kicked the bucket. Pull them out and get them tested.

Have bought from them a few times. Turned up within a few days.

Dont forget the later (Series 3) airboxes have the extra intake from the guard!

Making 370 at the rears here. You wont catch me dead with pods on it.

Since the first time i drove it. It doesnt matter if i shift hard or not as it is there under power in 3rd gear only. After smashing a box im the biggest fairy with shifting! I got a call from a bloke in England who has exactly the same issue at exactly the same speed. He has done 12,000 kms on his box and has run a high 10 @ 135 ish MPH, so making a fraction more grunt then me. He hasnt broken it yet, so i might just put up with it. Only time will tell.

^^ Hmm. In my case all the internal stuff was out of a almost brand new Series 3 box which had 11,000 KMS on it. It was purchased in may/ june 2006 from Just Jap. You would think that I would have the lastest revision in my box at the moment. and I cant see it being worn that much after so little work to require a new one.
