  1. Usmair, have you driven your car yet?
  2. Borg Warner EFR Series Turbo's V 2.0 Link to the first attempt. A wealth of knowledge in it. annnnd go!
  3. No Haltech boxes here. I like my passenger foot well.
  4. After what happened last year with fuel system rubbish, an EGT setup will show a lazy/blocked injector and potentially save the engine. Cheap insurance IMO!
  5. The post compressor temp sensor is actually an EGT sensor due to the heat. It's going to be very interesting to see how hot the compressed air coming out of the turbo actually is. The pre compressor temp sensor is a different design. Exhaust manifold pressure I'll take a photo tomorrow. I have 2 x -3 bung welded on the manifold. One in each side of the scroll.
  6. EGT sensors look like this. Open ended EGT's. These are a Haltech sensor but rebranded. Not sure what the original brand is. I'll have a look. This set is for sale ATM. The post turbine is a sensor which came with the road rage gauge. That's a display to show the Turbine speed. It came with it so I chucked it in. Here is a link. http://www.roadragegages.com/SBT-kit.htm
  7. Pre and post compressor sensors? I'll get a photo of the sensor tomorrow night.
  8. Laying out everything for the airbox. The flange of the filter is 6 inches coming down to 4 inch.
  9. Exhaust is complete! Fuel filters. After what happened last year, overkill the shit out of it. 1 x 40 micron pre surge tank, 2 x 6 micron in parallel post surge tank. That's all getting mounted onto a plate in the RHS of the boot. At some stage of like to put a box over the top and put grey carpet over it with all the factory linings in.
  10. OP, out of curiosity, what turbo's are you running?
  11. Kakimoto Full Mega N1. Had one on my car. Sounded absolutely nuts! 2.8, GT-RS's, E85 and 30 psi netted 414 rwkw with the mega N1. 2.8, -5's, E85 and 24 psi made 424 rwkw with a twin 3 inch. smaller turbos, less boost, made more power. Here is a back to back. So, you can have the mad exhaust in a box that comes with a few stickers so you can add it to your shopping list OR you can put something on that performs. To get more air in you first have to get the exhaust out. Edit - Just realised that's not the overlay of the 30 PSI run with the RS's, only the 25 psi. Either way, an extra 5 psi made 13 KW. What a nugget :p.
  12. Turbo's are gone! Bye bye -5's.
  13. Damn right! Sounds great, what an awesome note! Pitty it chokes everything up.
  14. Throw that restrictive Jap junk in the dumpster, close the lid and lock it. Make sure you throw the key away. Do yourself a favour. Go and buy some quality mufflers and get one made.
  15. Maybe so and I agree. But you will NEVER have to touch the fuel system again. Thats what the tuner wanted, that's what he got.
  16. It seems so long as you run the correct line size, it will work without issue. Intune (I am in the process) has just installed the 1200 version using two 460's (with the option of 3 if needed). It's quiet and did the job without fuss. -10 lines were run everywhere. AI suggest a minimum of -8 overflow to not pressurise the surge tank. That will require modification to the fuel hat.
  17. To calm the Nismo rear end down, try some OS GIKEN 80W-250 diff oil. Terry at Award diff and gearboxes recommends this. I'm currently running it in my GT Pro rear and Quaife front. Definitely shut that GT Pro up by a good 85%.
  18. $2,500 for the exhaust. Genuine Racepace twin 3 inch. Get it out of my garage!
  19. Can someone pull this clown in? What the hell does that have to EFR turbos?
  20. That's all good. But have to be very clear about it all. :).
  21. I used Unigroup and they had the fabricator across the road make it.
