  1. Try SMB mufflers in Sydney. INTUNE on here has two of their mufflers on a 4 inch and its pretty damn quiet! I have heard a 3.5 inch on a 34 and it was even better!
  2. Pull the front shaft out then. That will sort it out.
  3. Ring Racepace Motorsport in Melbourne and ask for one of theirs. Targa/track proven, bolt in and decently priced... Just works.
  4. Exhaust is too small for starters.
  5. It can be done in the car and works without issue. How is it anymore thorough? Totally unnecessary to remove the engine!
  6. You only drive around your suburb? There are places everywhere in Sydney.
  7. A flex sensor? There isn't any excuse today.
  8. It feels like as it ranps up it hits the over boost warning/limit so it bleeds some off, then does it again. It's enough to think the driver gets on the loud pedal then backs off then nails it again.
  9. For what it's worth Pete, just leave it alone and drive it. Honestly.
  10. Dump pipe won't line up and a slight pipe mod to the pipe that runs from the turbo outlet to the guard.
  11. EFR your lawn mower while you're at it Pete!
  12. That's only what Nismo recommend. Get some verniers out and take some measurements of where those rivet looking things are in the clutch disk. I would imagine they wouldn't be much under 7.1 mm.
  13. So what you're saying is that you can wear the plates down to being paper thin?
  14. Coppermix plates are 8.0 mm even new. 7.1 mm they need to be replaced.
  15. Terry at Award diff and gearbox. 1/18 Anvil Rd, Seven Hills NSW 2147 9624 6600
  16. Got a graph? Throw it up in the EFR thread?
  17. Pete, have you read much on the evoM forum? Some guys that went 7670, a lot go "bugger it, I'm going 8374". The guys that go 8374 step up to the 9180. It's quite funny to watch. If you want 400 KW and that's it a 7670 might be the go. But reaper on here is cracking gates at around 4300 RPM (from memory) on a stock engine (it does have the baby v cam), makes 470 kW using a 8374/1.05. You'll have a reasonably high comp 2.8. Speaking to a few guys that have these things, the dyno graph doesn't give a true indication of how they drive. How soon are you going to make the decision?
  18. That's even a nugget result for you and you're Mr. Lag
  19. I'll bet my left nut that if you drove it, it won't "feel" like that. Show me a set of stock position twins that will make 32 psi by early 4000's, make 550 kW on a 2.6L. Bit of homework for a Friday night.
  20. Not bad for a laggy single
  21. This is in a mates RB30. OSG 5 speed, stock 5th gear. Can't wait till its tuned properly
  22. The 8374 itself is the best bit of 15kg... Heavy prick!! It will be interesting!
