Nice work then, thats ur basic sr20det vtc, same as the way it works on the rb25 i would say. Yeah the ve engages a completely different cam profile, google sr20ve cams and have a look at the 3rd lobe

Nice curve but running 18-19 psi on the ceramics is asking for trouble from what ive seen over the years on here. This shows how vtc works on a sr20

Hey leesh, If you back is sore alot you should go and get an mri done to see what shape your discs are in. Also try to fit in some riding it will help both your abs and back and being cardio ahould help your definition around your abs you want. Just do 15 mintues on the hardest setting you can keep up 60 rpms

Respray is ok if its the original colour not a colour change for maintaining value, obviously mint orignal paint is worth the most. Run a micrometer over the car to check fhe thickness of the paint to determine if it has been a quality bare metal respray or has been rubbed back and painted over the original paint, or has been painted 3 or 4 times. Ive seen a few go for high 30's recently inlcuding the pne drag on silvia used to own a bb 99 vspec, and the white one also a 99 vspec thats in the for sale section of this forum. Maybe when the r36 drops next year oe the year after it will push 35 prices down and also 34 prices. I dont have a problem paying 50k for a nice clean example id just want to make sure it is non accident genuine kms etc

Those coils look good, i dont know the go to plug and gap off the top of my head but id make sure you are running whatever piggaz or xklaba are running. You know how to take a coil and plug out surely?

What plugs are you running pete and what gap? Id also look at swapping in a known set of good working coil packs or buy a new set to see if that helps with the missfire.
