watched it all day, was great that it was on tv this year last year i had to hold my ipad all day lol. The bentley and the audi really blew that last restart, i can just imagine the gtr driver hitting the button for unlimited boost or something hahah. Great to see nissan back on top with the gtr, looking forward to next year.

yeah i know im going to have real trouble parting with mine if i can bring myself to do it and change to a bnr34. If only i was mega rich and had a property with a ten car garage. le sigh i could be wrong but im pretty sure when you have the ride heights correct eg sydneykid spec you iirc end up with a bigger gap between front tyre and guard than you do at the back. We all know looks are greater than handling though especially on a street car haha

Hah yeah I just went and had a look the company is called Evolve. I only use it after gym. I use a normal protien powder from ON once in the morning on gym days or twice a day on off days. I'm not trying to get huge, I workout for general health and to help keep my back moving after blowing my L5/S1 disc to f**king pieces and having a laminectomy and discectomy. My weight has gone from 79 to 62 over about 15 months and hopefully it starts going up slowly if I can increase my strength/size/muscle mass etc... I wouldn't be surprised if my results were much different if I hadn't taken any supps though. Anyway that's my 2 cents worth carry on
