Ive got 32 and 34 gtr seats, i find the 32 seats better for a daily car because the bigger wings on the 34 seats can be annoying getting into the center console .

I hope the old dog pulls thru, doesn't sound great, he did get some first class medical treatment tho

Thanks Joey, re cardio I cannot run yet I am upto 4.3 kph, i have had a good surgeon and have ongoing physio every week. I'm slowly improving my diet which isn't perfect so I'm looking for some sort of protien shake to maximise my recovery from exercise and fill holes in my diet.

Hey all, I've been doing light gym work for the last two months following the back surgery I had three months ago. At the moment I'm just using bsc hydroxy burn pro, lean and ripped formula. I get it from Coles and am looking to buy a bigger amount of a better product if anyone knows? I am not looking to get big, I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time by either taking too little or too much supplements. Over 2 months of going to the gym I've lost 4kg of fat and have maybe 4 to go max I would say. Not looking to take short cuts I'll be doing light gym work for the rest of my life now to try and look after my blown lower back disc Cheers

Was doing some cleaning up and found these parts waiting for a new home Nismo duracon gearknob, suit 10/12 mm gear sticks. No box, item has been discontinued by nismo making it rare these days. $60 firm Turbosmart boost tee, bought it s/h when i thought my ebc was having issues it wasnt so i have used this only for one dyno session. $50 firm Hks filters, bought a filter kit second hand, these filters had just been replaced when i bought the kit. I would have used them but prefer the green and like wasting money so i bought new ones. $20 firm Nissan alloy gas pedal x2, one new one used. If you have seen the video of the crash scene it looks like a long wide road, but you can see all these little humps on the road i hope they didnt lose control on something stupid like that. I mean u wouldnt think paul walker would get in the car with an idiot!? Edit: little hump are lane markers, my bad. Just watched another video from a bmw pulling up on the scene while the wreck is burning.
