Is it true that some people have gotten off technicalities like that??? For e.g. a friend was telling me his cousin was caught riding a restricted bike on his P's and on the fine notice the policeman wrote down a Yamaha instead of Suzuki. He took it to court, and argued the fact that if the policeman could not tell what bike it was how could he tell if its LAMS approved or not. Would it work for the above

Like others said. Call the RTA and explain your situation. Possibility you might be exempted for that particular vehicle only. Definitely not worth getting caught. The 7 points $496 fine or whatever it was.

Hey everyone, Not sure if here is the best place to post, but SAU has a pretty big biking population. I sold my first bike last night, A Honda CBR250RR in search of an upgrade. I've been riding on and off since I was 12 so mediocre experience, and got bored of this bike really really quickly. Seeming as I'm still on P's for another 10 months, the only upgrades I can think of are a Ducati Monster 620, RVF400 and VFR400. I've found a nice looking VFR400 which is LAMS registered. Wanted opinions on this bike, are they reliable like the cbr250's (mine didn't skip a beat), is it sufficient enough to put a smile on my face through various twisties on the weekend or track days? or would you recommend something else? I've been lucky to never experience an arsehole cop directly. They've all been pretty cool... although I never understood the RBT on a monday morning at around 11 , in traffic aswell...

My friend had the same problem in his CRX, and when he told security/parking guy he wasn't going, guy told him to get lost as he had no choice and will have to park there.

hmmm, now i think abt it... my accounts been idle for like almost 1 year now... haha, anybody want to buy it.. for $70 - has a lvl 19 Twinked rogue with many thousand kills, best items enchants you can get for the level... i.e. +15 agility, ect ... and first aid maxed out all it needs now is the engineering goggles with +100HP on it . . . I think i hit sumwhere in the 310- 340 hp range in WSG a couple of times... with the back stab thingy (ambush i think)... so its a good character... 47 (or almost 50 not sure - as haven't checked in a while) mage, mounted with good gear for the level, 30 sumthing mage on pvp server with few hundred gold and good gear. and a few other characters i made for fun... I'll even chuck in a powerleveling guide, which shows u the fastest way from lvl 1-70 with horde proven to be the best one on the net..... (players would have heard of it - cost me a bit to buy) All characters are horde . pm for more specific details

Yep, he's right. I had that same thing done to my bonnet, although, it was mild track car. In accident, bonnet went up and smashed windscreen. + didn't have that bonnet safety latch thing.

lol.. i just don't get how a production car already doing 0-100 in 3.3 is being modified further.. to become faster its nutss!! 10/10
