I'm locked in for tomorow morning at Bel Garage. Finally, i can get a power figure for my car. .... Yep i have an A'pexi Power FC + Handcontroller. Would anyone recomend anything? changes to the settings etc. lol... im kinda clueless

hmmmmm, i suppose Bel sounds good. Plus a close readout, is better than no readoutt... which is what i have atm :- / hopefully i can get booked in tomorrow, or the thursday .... save much more time taking lunch whilst doing the dyno.. How about a Dyno tune? would somebody give a brief idea on what they do if its a tune , it's pretty much re mapping the engine right? Would they be able to pick it up on a 'power run' as to whther or not the car needs a Dyno tune?? or would i have to do that separately.

Bel Garage and CRD seem to be closer to me. Yes, i just want a power run, for now anyway. Should have worded it properly. I'll contact them to see how things go. Barthis in Botany might be a little far compared to the others as i live near penrith.

I would read all the other responces, but gots no time, :-( still at work..... im up for sat or sun on that weekend... however im going to a twighlight track thingy at eastern creek on the 25th from 4pm onwards.... because its my first time on the track... lol , as long as my car survives, im at the cruise. hmmmm, is this meetup kinda focused at the locals :-p im about 30 mins away... does it count? lol

Hi Everyone, Anybody know of a good (Trustworthy) mechanics workshop where i can get my car on the Dyno. This saturday the 15th at any time before 3pm. I have a Dyno booked roughly two weeks from now but need it done sooner. Also if you can list prices that would be great. Help greatly appreciated. Tried finding somewhere at work today, but didn't get enough time to look.

Oh, for the short term, i was looking at around a confirmed 280Rwkw, as there isn't much more i cant get without a rebuild... So this might sound stupid, but the injectors can pretty much be set anyway right?? but they're max capacity is what 555cc puts out? so i could buy 555cc injectors and still set it below there potential , to suit my engine?

my car is currently sumwhere between 230-260kw i am estimating, from the previous owners claims.. haven't yet got it on the Dyno. But what would you recomend is a reliable power gain, that won't cause engine damage. I was thinking, 10-15kw?? or is that unrealistic?? Would it require a full engine re map??

Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy new Fuel injectors. However i don't know much about them, as in what size i need to buy to suit my car. I currently have a Greddy 550hp Fuel pump, yet im not sure if the current injectors are stock or aftermarket. Could somebody give me advice on how i can find out which size injector to buy and what i should look out for, as i have a friends friend selling Tomei 555cc injectors, for RB25. Thanks

Spotted last night, a Maroon R32, Nicely modified, with the plates "BEM12N i think .... Shell Servo on Parra Road, sumwhere after the M4 ends. That was a crazy sounding launch you did.. lol Also, a 32 GTR in the maccas next to BP on parra road around 2am : Plates: "2HYPO" In the same BP, also spotted, a Orangish brown 33 GTSt : Plates: NI5-5KY or sumthing like that.

Cool. Thanks heaps. As for the Bigger injectors, i can't clarify it. I'm assuming something was put in with the Greddy Fuel pump (550hp). But if i don't have anything, what size would you recomend? the bigger the better right? If i put fuel injectors that are to big, would it also reduce power, or is it all beneficial in the end? I definately don't have to the budget to go for a complete rebuild (10-15k) ... And come to think of it, I'd rather upgrade with that cash to a 33 GTR .

The car is already running a High boost setting on 17psi. Would it be necessary for a new turbo and higher boost to get more power from a rebuild, or does a rebuild just by itself add many killowats, leaving the current turbo and 17psi boost??

Hi Guys, About two months ago i purchased an R33 Gts-t Series. However after owning the car for that time, I am now getting used to the power and it isnt giving the same kicks i recieved at first I'm intending to modify it further, however the last owner had done a fair bit to the car. Due to my lackage of modifying knowledge i have no clue on where to start. I've saved an ok amount of money over the past 2-3 weeks, however i'm not sure on which part of the car i should focus on for the short term. I was thinking of upgrading brake components for now, with some braded lines and slotted rotors. However the standard brakes with upgraded pads are doing relatively well, so i will put them on hold for the mean time. So far, all i have done to the car is replace the plugs with splitfire spark plugs and a splitfire ignition coils pack, and also general maintenace, such a brake flush, oil etc. The current mods on the car include: - Xtream racing clutch 'Brass button sprung centre' (1200kg clamp pressure) - 3.5 inch dump pipe, mandrel bent exhaust. 'xforce' - 'c's shortshifter - Greddy 2 stage boost controller - greddy 550hp Fuel pump - HKS intercooler - Blitz BOV - Apexi Power FC + handcontroller - G.C.G High flow garret turbo replacement (not sure on what model turbo it is - Will find out when car is put on hoist etc.) - splitfire plugs - Splitfire ignition coils pack - 8 way adjustable suspension - Whiteline, 4 way adjustable sway bars The previous owner said the car hit 335Bhp (17psi), however i'm not going to go off that power figure as hopefully i can get the car on the dyno in the next 2-3 weeks. Could somebody give me a bit of direction on what i should be focussing on now, what parts i should start researching on etc. . . I'm trying to hold off a full engine rebuild at the moment, although suggestions are appreciated. I'm intending to put that bit of coin in a new set of rims soon . Thanks alot.

Yep, i think it might just be that i'm paranoid. But it's still annoying, They should inform you quicker then 1 month. Supposedly you have to wait 2 weeks, but a freind of mine didnt recieve a speeding fine for atleast 1 month, and was shocked as he can't remember driving down the road at the time. Wish it could get over and done with ... lol

Hi Guys, There was a Rim design i am interested in buying for my R33 GTS-t S2, however, there are a few questions i need to ask, .... The Rim i am interested in, is the 'Axis' - 'Hiro Design' However, i can't seem to find any websites or suppliers of this Rim in Australia/Sydney... would anybody be able to direct me to one? Also, Everywhere i read about it, its stated the Rim is Suited for 350z's and G35's Would this mean, they won't be able to go on a S2 R33 gts-t, or would there need to be certain Modifications done?
