Update. Noise 1 Appears to be radiator is loose or something loose around that area. I discovered a small crack on the plastic bit of the radiator & after I got it fixed the noise have gone down to pretty much inaudible now. Noise 2 Appears to be just a 'normal' noise & I'm just being a paranoid dick Since driving my dad's Corolla (06 model) up to Albany from Perth (~400km trip) I noticed that car made the same click/tick noise around 90 to 130km/h (although not as loud). But insulation from road/tyres noise maybe?

So is it still the biggest GPU hog ever (like its granddad?) that will require 2x GPUs to run smoothly @ high graphic details?

I've already stated in the falcodore thread, all the features I want on a car are already present in the R33 & most other cars made in the last 2 decades. 1) Air-Con (most important in WA's horrible 40C summer days) 2) Mp3 Stereo (ok this wasn't on the original car, but easy to install & if this was 5 years ago, I would have just kept the tape deck) 3) Power steering 4) Power windows 5) Power brakes Thats all I really want/need. All that other electronic garbage I find in todays cars I can live without.

No, go to the WA dpi site & it will say what I stated b4. No restrictions on any cars (you can drive a Lambo, AMG, M5 if you have rich parents...), the current restriction for P platers are: 0 alcohol limit, night driving ban (from midnight till 5am for red Ps) & the newly introduced low demerit point system (4 point for Ps & 8 for Greens). WA is one of the few states in Australia that doesn't yet have a car restriction list for P-platers, all the Eastern staes have them. +1 Basically from my experience the stock temperature gauge should always be reading just under 1/2 way for a normal operating engine at normal temperature. If it gets to 1/2 mark then thats enough to throw a caution, anything over 1/2 means there are potential over heating issues with the engine. I had my gauge read just over 1/2 way & when I pulled over the coolant was boiling in the reserver tank, even though according to the stock gauge it's no where near the H mark, had it checked & it turned out to be a worn Rad cap & thermostat.

This alone makes me think our retarded nanny state grandpa government will see a reason to ban it & every pro-family organisation (& all that other crap) will fully support it. "Think about the children" (& anything along that crap) is all the craze atm...

Comparing the inside of the 91 VN commodore (was a crap base model too) I used to drive on my Ls & my current 1993 R33 I found them to be pretty much the same shit. All black plastic & greyish cloth, Not that I care much about it. The 33 has a climate control A/C unit but thats about it & IMO I prefer the old manual A/C control units since there are less sensors so less stuff to break. All these current semi/luxury cars with their million electronic gadgets & butt massagers & auto everything don't appeal to me, just like the current trend of smart phones with 1 billion sensors in them have no appeal for me neither (still using my cheapo China phone ). The only creature comfort thing I want in a car are Air-con & a mp3 stereo (if this was 5 years ago I would have just said tape deck). Similarly the only "power" features I want in a car are power steering, power brakes & power windows.

For those power levels you could just get something like a SAFC 2 & tune that to fix the R&R problems from the standard ECU.

Anywhere from 180 to 200rwkws with basic bolt on mods, you won't be able to hit 250rwkw with stock turbo (unless you highflow it). Safe boost for stock turbo is around 10 to 12psi. Also you should get a aftermarket front/dump pipe to complete the exhaust together with a high flow CAT, if those parts are still stock items.

I love my auto turbo, if I need to overtake anything I just change lanes & put foot down & the car does the rest... Also from what I know there was a 5 speed auto box that was available for N/A GTS Skylines? Why did they put a 5 speed (I presume its better) in N/A while gave all the GTS-Ts a old 4 speed?

I've a stock height R33 with stock front bar & I've no trouble going over any speed humps or drive ways yet. It clears them no problem just like the Toyota White Goods (Corolla & Camry) my parents drive. As to ways around it, either drive really careful (enter all speed humps/driveways at an angle) or get some stock suspension put back on.
