My principle is: If some bloody snail was driving say 20km/h under the limit, & then I proceed to overtake but as I was overtaking he bloody speeds up in an attempt to stop me from overtaking & I ended up having to speed up more to over take the f**k-wit & then I get done for speeding, I will gladly take the fine provided they fine the other douche bag equally (or more) for their bloody act... Had my fair share of these bloody road saint snails (ranges from Taxis, Hyundai Getzs) who will drive 10 to 20 under the limit when you are behind, but as soon as you start your over/under taking maneuver they bloody speed up to stop you from over/under taking them... Just my 2c Had some taxi who was snailing along at 50km/h on a 70km/h zone single lane road, when the road split into 2 lanes I changed to the right & speed up to 70, but when I was about side by side next to him, he bloody floors it & matches up to my speed, the lanes are coming back into 1 again soon & at that time I had enough of his BS so I floored it & got the overtake done with & as soon as I merged back & dropped my speed back down to ~75km/h I see he was back to his usual snail @ 50km/h pace again (from my rear view mirror), so there you go... he bloody only speed up temporarily in an (failed) attempt to stop me from overtaking.

In the poorer areas of China, most families live on a budget of ~100 Chinese dollars (now only ~$15 AUD atm) per month, so those big bling wheels & China made tyres will not last the family for a day, it will last them at least a week or more... So everyone should help out & start buying 20 & 22s wheels!

ZR1 for me Camaro to me is just a HSV with a different body. So does that mean if Great Wall wanted to, they could make a super car as well instead of releasing those awsome SUVs that takes 20 seconds to get from 0 to 100km/h... Up to you if you think the ABS & airbags are worth it... I didn't care that mine didn't have neither, since the car I drove before (VN commodore) had none, its good old seat belts is all I need. Theres not much difference from the performance side from S1 or S2...

Even in WA, its not really certain on how long radar detectors will remain legal, there was more uproar a while ago where the government was saying they want to make it illegal like the rest of the states & this time they seem 1/2 serious about it. I was planning on buying one at the time but decide to held onto my cash instead... On my usual routine to/from uni & work, I tend to go 5-10 km/h over anyway & I never had any fines yet... luck has being on my side all this time

Have rust in the boot around where the spare tyre is located in, due to water leaking into the boot from the tail light area & then collecting itself around that area. Using CRC spray I managed to remove most of the rust.

Sorry to hear I learned my lesson last time when I accelerated too much & my rear wheels broke traction, now I drive like a granny when its raining...

Compared to most modern A-B white good cars (like my dad's Corolla) which seem to be biased to low throttle (i.e. 10-20% throttle feels like 50%, this gives you an illusion that the car actually has some power...), my Skyline's even unbiased throttle makes it feel like a beached whale struggling to move at low throttle... Of course full throttle is completely different
