I took the car to my local mech guy & he found a screw stuck on the tire . Had no idea how the hell it even got there... While I was there I also got him to changed my broken park light, & it costed $27.5 all up. Was a lot cheaper than I thought Thanks for all your help & suggestions guys.

Yeah, if I go for full comprehensive, it would be ~$1500 for the R33, which is about 3x the amount for the Camry.

Whats up with people not looking where they are reversing into?! Last time I was at sir Charles Gairdner Hospital taking my grandma for her medical check up (my skyline is being used as a patient transporter ), I was following some sh*tty Hyndai into the entrance to the vistor's car park & all of a sudden, he just stopped at the entrance & started reverseing right into my car without looking, luckly I had my distance & my horn was just fixed last week & to the OP, sorry to hear, hope it goes well & you can get another skyline soon.

What type of insurance is yours? Mine is just the most basic 3rd party one, & hence the price (well at 1st it was $328, but JC shaved off $20 coz I paid online using credit card ). The type of the car plays a bit of a role I guess, but not much in 3rd party insurance. If I still had my mum's old VN as my car (thank god that I don't ), I would guess that the price for basic 3rd party would be ~$200 max with RAC. Coz it was like only ~$120 with my mum when she still had the car.

Welcome, Man we have something in common, my 1st car (that I used for most of my L phase) was also a commodore; my mum's old 91 VN with its 1/2 dead everything... Theres something else we have in common lol... Good luck with your import.

I think most state in AU has that law now, except here @ WA (& maybe NT or TAS... not sure, don't hear much from neither state). THANK GOD for that .

Thanks for that info GeeTR Will do , I'll get my mum on to it, she is an expert when it comes to finding all kinds of "cheap" stuff & services If I do have to get a new tire, is it ok to just replace one? I think I read it b4 that cops will give you a yellow if your tires aren't the "same"? Then again, if they want to, they can probably give you a yellow for anything...

There was a gutter laid across the path between work & BP, & the 1st time I didn't go slow enough across it and the the whole car took a big "dip". About the only thing I can think of atm.

Hey guys, 1st I noticed a flat tire while I was at work some time last week, so after work I drove to BP (which is right next to work) & filled it up (only had 6psi left, filled it to 36psi, other 3 tires were at ~32psi), the next day I check the pressure it went down to 30psi so I filled it up again to 36psi. Over these couple of days I have being monitoring the tire pressure, & it seems the leak doesn't seem to be consistant, sometimes if I fill up to 36psi & leave it for 5 - 6hrs (work) & comes back, it would be down to 28 - 30psi, but othertimes it doesn't seem to drop much (to about 32 - 34psi) or it doesn't seem to drop at all (36 to 35). Can someone explain the physiscs of this? & if the leak is minor (which I assume it is) is there a way to just fix the tire up (like what you do with a bicycle tire?) instead of replacing it, as I'm kinda broke atm since I just spend $1.9k on a laptop. Also I didn't notice any damage on the leaking tire. Thanks.

Sounds like good value to me, in comparison, my overpriced sh*tty sound system upgrade (just a cheap cd/mp3 deck, cables, basic 12" sub & a weak 80W rms amp + install) already costed me close to $700 @ "a place that shall remain nameless... "

The PS3 has a tweaked version of a Geforce 7800GTX graphics chip, and in theory it should be faster than a standard GF7800GTX. You can buy AMD's (very hard to find) 4x4 platform or that (insanely overpriced) Intel Skull (or whatever it is called) dual cpu socket motherboard & throw two QX9770s on it ... me want one of those... all glory to Octo core! Back to topic, to the OP just get a PS3 & throw the 360 to the bin, where it belongs lol.

R33 S1 GTS-T, Mainly all stock (except CAT & steering wheel), $300 ($20 off for paying online with CC ) for the cheapest 3rd party insurance with Just Car. But I think my excess is like ~$900 Im 21 & on my Ps. Only "accidents" I had were in the parking areas.

Where Can I Get An Uncensored Version Of Gta4 Xbox 360?
Mayuri Krab replied to NYTSKY's topic in PC & Games Discussion
There are 3 game regions, PAL, NTSC US & NTSC JP. That goes for all game consoles current & b4, except PS3 & the portable ones, which have none. -
+1, most likely some b*tch who drives Getz/excel & does 20km/h in 60km/h zones coz she "thinks" its safer that way . She probably doesn't even know the difference between auto/manual. If they need to crush any car they should crush those sh*t boxs that runs around the street blowing a sh*t load of smoke from their dying engines that has probably never being serviced.

I thought it was 2+2 = 100 Darn... looks like I need to retake my math class again & which section of wanneroo is this on? I know that the section where I travel alot on (the section near along dogswamp) there is a slight hill going up & they like to put their speed cams there. Was working along that road once & notice tons of cars getting flashed >_>"

Maybe coz they are good in their range? Like wise in the family sedan segment most people on fourms seems to hate the camrys with the the main critisim being "too boring" & "too common", did they ever consider that the are too common coz they are good in their range? Err, reliability should be a high priority when looking at any car, regardless of the class. Looks is subjective, just googled some pics of the car (didn't even know holden had a car like that with all the SSs I see around...) Iooks okish to me I guess, got used to looking at my mum's VN. & my R33 can fit 4 ppl in easily, it got more space on the back than my dad's mazada Bi2600 ute

Full Surround Speakers For Playing Ps3
Mayuri Krab replied to BAMR33's topic in PC & Games Discussion
In that case, the Z5500 would be good for you, that or any other high end PC speakers, (from like Creative, Altec lansing etc etc) The Z5500 has optical input with build in DD & DTS decoders, & I'm pretty sure most other high end PC speakers also do. The link doesn't work. -
+1, never was a a fan of the 360 & never will be.

Full Surround Speakers For Playing Ps3
Mayuri Krab replied to BAMR33's topic in PC & Games Discussion
How big is the size of the room where the PS3 is in? Logitech Z5500 would be good for small to mid size rooms & they are available in about every electronic shop. For larger size rooms, I heard those entry level Yamaha home theater packages are pretty decent (comes with a 5.1ch receiver & speakers), think JB hi fi have some in stock. Nah, they should have build in amp like most other PC speakers. -
Call of duty 4 online? Its on PC, 360 & PS3 I think (I have the PC version) But yeah, mario kart is sweet. Well, my mario kart online is working pretty good atm, I was suprised how there is NO lag at all in a 12 player race & when I'm connected to world wide players. The News channel & internet browser on the wii seems to take longer to load compared to my PC, but I think that mainly due to the fact that the wii don't cache the pages due to its low internal memory. Then again who actually use those features? Like you, I'm still on CRT TV (good old 68cm philips that my dad bought like 8 years ago ), so internet pages is pretty much unreadable on it.

+1, I can't stand that sh*t and also when you watch a geniune DVD it always shows that US FBI copyright warning sh*t & u can't fast forward it unless you playing it on your computer & have programs that does that. Ironically with pirated DVDs don't have that gay FBI warning problem & you can skip right over it. I'm sick of the MPAA/RIAA & their gay tatics on suing everyone to death. -end rant-
