Yeah, go for the 3.9. You've got the same set up as me, and my 3.9 is spot on I reckon. I agree with blind elk, that being a rally diff. You'd have no problem selling it on Bridibella ( rall site). I dynoed my l28 the other day, made 142@ the wheels. The tune was average apparantley,running way to rich. I have 72 grind coming from POWER PLAY which should be in in a week, current grind 68. Then I'm getting it tuned on a dyno, rather than by ear.

Clint, when you say you have these motors in stock, does this mean you have a workshop of some sought here in Mandurah.It's just that in the future I want to do a conversion on my Datto.

Harvo, those are crank breathers. For years on my L28 I've just had a breather/filter (K&N) on the end of the 20mm one and the smaller of the two venting to atmosphere.

Birth, the C210 is as follows. Front: 1369 Rear: 1354 don't know about the 110, but I'd say very close, if not the same.

I also spent many years there, came to Mandurah 5 years ago. I drive an old school Datto Skyline and I'm wonderin if you Kal people see any C210/ C211 1978/79 Skylines gettng around out there.Ricky

Went to a Pickles Auction today, hoping to buy the 1980 GTEX Skyline on offer.At the auction I was the only bidder, but another was bidding on line. "WHO WAS IT! anyone on here?. It was a good buy if you did'nt already have one. I only wanted the interior, rear bumper and a few odds and ends. I actually thought it was going to be a Turbo model but it was only a 2.0L injected, otherwise I would have bid more. Hopefully it shows up on this website, restored to it's former glory.

I've just sent a message to D-Limo notifying him that I now don't intend to purchase his lights. Reason being the painting of my car has come around sooner than expected. I got a call from my friend informing me he now has power on at his shed and painting can begin within a month, so now I need the cash to cover this expense. This style of lights is just going to have to wait a while.

Alramone, the flares came from Kamaeri in Japan. They have them made to order. Took about 7 weeks for them to arrive at my door.
