  1. Hey mikey have i told you that there is no nissan engine which has survived longer than 6 seconds with that kind of boost levels.
  2. the only grease monkey i trust is me.

  3. The cranck my be standard but im sure it will be all about the clearences, stud size, clamping torques, oil gallery enlargments including bearing shells, i wonder how much nascar engine spec is applied to a meir nissan 6 ?
  4. Mate ; how much for the head only no manifolds required and is it still in running order ? cheers george
  5. Gary understand where your coming from but yes in every change that i make i will use my alignment equipment to check and i will be using my corner scales and yes will be keeping records. As most parts that i fabricate and machine including rose joints need to be tested. Chow.
  6. I'm about to put the skyline on scales this weekend without an engine and gearbox what do you guys think it will weight my normal wet weight is approx 1420 kg nearest guess wins a prize ?? lol.
  7. Richard Sounds like you know a trick or two with suspension setups are you running rosejoints ? and what were the benefits as i'm just in the suck and see stage.

  11. Hi Chris; the current turbo setup is garrett gt35 it runs around 500 rw hp i have tried to4z on a previous engine great for horsepower but to laggy. at the moment i;m using tow straps on a sandwich plate seem to work i;ve been pulled out of the gravel trap at queensland raceway and it survived .
  12. the wet weight is approx 1400 kg:s i;m slowly reducing it my biggest gain was wiring harness about 20 kg.
  13. Noel stop waving the carrot my shed leave pass has been reduced to just n3 hours a night but on a light note i;ve just finished changing my inner door skin and picked up 2kg;s and 1 kg on steering column mod.
  14. Do you guys have any ideas on removing weight out of on my r33??? i started today with removing the steering column support bracket i think i might pick up 0.3 kg i guess i still have a long way to go .
