  1. ok then if u think this is such a bad thing then why did boostworx the workshop that u go 2 recommend me 2 do this same cut n shut 2 my car if they new it was a bad thing 2 do which they said was a perfectly good thing 2 do and nothing wrong with it, plus thats not the reason for them blowing my car up on the dyno, i have taken my car 2 morpowa, willall racing, nisspeed, hi tech dyno and none of them have said it was a bad thing 2 do 2 ya plenum so in other words u r paying out your own tuner
  2. i had my forged engine done by Willall racing and they did a great job but im sorry but willall racing dont build motors anymore because Peter hall their skyline engine guy left a while ago, even still they use Nisspeed 2 do all the their machining of the block n head etc so i would go there and have it done, then they take it and get it tuned at Morpowa which are also great tuners coz they are next door, but Willall still tunes cars by Martin
  3. i guess i got another reason 2 blame boostworx 4 blowing up my motor because they are the place that did the cut n shut!!!!!!!!!!
  4. nope my motor is now fully forged pistons, rods cams etc u name it its got it....300rwkw on just 17psi built by Willall Racing, Nisspeed, and tuned by Morpowa i asked Boostworx who pays for it and they said i had to at my own expense, they really didn't care to be honest, im sure im not the only one here that has had grief with them....i guess im the first to speak up.
  5. -1000000 but boostworx dont ring you straight away after they have blown your engine up on the dyno they wait 4 you 2 ring them, especially just after i spent $13,000 worth on boltons from them and then have them leaning out the engine and blowing piston 6 ringland, they put way too much timing in and i had 2 keep going back every week until they blew the engine... not F**ken happy!!!!!!!!!
  6. the plenum has been modified, so the throttle body is at the front instead of the side to shorten the length of the intercooler piping...
  7. at Morpowa it only cost me i think between $250-$300 to tune it and that was for tuning my forged 300rwkw engine i took mine back there to get my power fc tuned in august coz it was running rich, they ran it on the dyno and checked the air/fuel ratios then adjusted accordingly and they can even change your boost setting aswell if u want as part of the price, its not a full retune that u need and it'll take about a half a day, simon and the guys are really helpful there and do great work, sometimes its worth paying that little extra 2 get it done right....(trust me i know coz a certain workshop blew my old engine while trying to tune it on the dyno and leaned it out), they also test ya car on the road and not just on the dyno and check your knock levels

  9. yeah u gota watch out 4 ppl like that, i had sum1 contact me 4 car parts and wanted my address, then i looked at his profile and it looked fake because there was no details bout him or his car at all
  10. theres nothing wrong with Morpowa and willall racing mate!!! went there cause boost worx leaned my car out on the dyno and blew a piston ring land 2 months after i had just forked over $11,000 in mods (not F@#$ing HAPPY Morpowa did sum fabrication and the last tune on my car and it runs awesome!!!
  11. yeah you r right there mate , the 1st thing they look 4 is a`lowered car, i ve been looked at and been parked nxt 2 in a vacant carpark n when they say my car wasnt lowered they drove away, its an easy defect, lucky they dont no wats under the bonnet
  12. they measure from the centre of yya wheel 2 the wheel arch and it has 2 be a certain distance 2 be legal on a r33 its 360mm i think
