nah mate aye havent raced at all on the highway.. havent had the car long.. so is it a really bad thing to be happening? would it cost much to be fixed? i want things to be perfect..

well my 4th gear clunks/ crunches, especially when coming down from fifth... you cant shift down quickly and if you dont bring it down from fifth and for a split second leave it in neutral before shifting down to 4th then it crunches... and if your get up it a bit and change real quick from 3rd - 4th it sometimes crunches then too.... ive been told it is a lazy sinchro? so i had a lighter oil/ less thick put in to make it easier on it, but it still does it.. what is it? and what should i do to fix it? also it might sound weird but when i put it in to 4th if as im doing that i kinda move it towards 2nd it usually wont do it... 1 3 5 | / | 2 4 R if that makes any sense...

yeh i agree, i dont want to put crap on, the tyres are quality.. and the rim i like are similar to a 5 spoke rays wheel that i really like with heaps of dish....

how much does rim size affect the cars performance? handling etc. i have an r32 gtr and ive been looking at rims over the weekend and discovered a lack of options but other then that i just want to know all the good and bad to go with getting new rims for a gtr, because theres the talk of spacers, offset, diameter, etc.. i was originally just looking to go with 18s but i found the ones i want, and they are a 19inch x 9.5 comes with 275x30.. would look perfect but hesitant on the above?

hey just wanted to know any places in brisbane that people recommend going to get my car dynoed.. also does it need to be a 4wd dyno or can they do it on 2wheels, as it is an r32 gtr..

My intercooler has been previously painted black, and i want it looking chrome or silver, so is it possible to strip the paint off? or will that damage it? any ideas would be aprreciated.. others is it worth getting an aftermarket one? Cheers, Corey

oh ok... well it seems after reading up on everyone elses gtr's on here that the most common is to put on the n1's.. anyone recommend places here is brisbane? and how much they are usually? also what are some other simple mods that i can do? any ideas? i just put a K&N filter in the standard air box but every1 has been saying to buy pods?

true, yeh i have heard they are a bit laggy, but cant that be compensated for with better cams? so ive heard... i was originally gunna go with n1's but just that these came up that the thought was put in my head, what do the n1's go for? and where from?

Hey everyone, just wanted to get some input from others regarding turbo's for my 32 gtr, over the weekend i was offered 2x HKS 2540 turbos for $2500 with the wastegates and adaptors as they came off of a 34 gtr which they did less then 5000k's. what does everyone think of them? good deal? i have heard good things of these turbo's but curious on peoples thoughts.. also wanted some ideas on things that i can do and get a little more power out of my gtr.. at the moment its pretty stock only has an aftermarket rein hard exhaust that it had on already from japan.. not really interested in boosting it.. thats my last option.. would like to find sensible power from other areas.. any ideas would be appreciated..\ regards, Corey
