Oh thanks for that mate! it doesn't actually show the r34 CAT model number though ? But judging from the r33 part numbers i think its safe to say that the r34 one would probably be the same.

I just rechecked it this morning and the level seems to be at the same level as when i filled it up(hasn't dropped). I also checked the radiator for oil and it seams to be clear. I must have checked on a very slight angle, i have read somewhere that on a skyline even the slightest angle makes a huge difference to the reading. Thx for all the replies.

Just get a Ryco fuel filter about $20 for autobarn, i think the model number is Z200 or Z201. In my opinion if you have lots of fuel line and fuel filter hasn't been changed in god knows how long, just cut it and dont try pull it off cause it'll take a long time and the rubber might be dried up anyway lol. Dont waste your money on "performance" fuel filters. The OEM is $40bucks i think but is exactly the same as the Ryco.

Hi Guys, I was recently changing the exhaust on my car and I realised that the CAT was actually from a r34 non turbo, it actually said it on the CAT itself because it must have been a second hand unit from the wreckers or something. The CAT was changed last year for compliance when the car came to Aust. Is the CAT in a non turbo different to the CAT in a turbo skyline ? if so will it have any effects on performance and/or fuel consumption etc... Cheers

I just cut mine, the rubber was too hard and cracked to reuse anyway.

That sounds exactly like my issue, but mine isnt that severe, just jerky when wide open trottle under load. I will try my mates coilpacks and hopefully that fixes the issue. Cheers mate
