Alright, so i dumped the oil from my gearbox the other day and filled her back up with the correct amount of oil through "THE GEARBOX LEAVER" thinking that this gearbox would work the same way as any other gearbox i have serviced. Anyway so i out it back together and start driving home, by the time i got there there was oil all the way down underneath my car and on my exhaust. Found the problem being the gearbox leaver boot, so i replaced that and topped it back up with oil, this time through the top lug on the side of the gearbox, this was more of a quick job so i found the best oil i could for a midnight on Tuesday and put her in(happened to be multitrax). I wasnt to happy with this oil so i bought some new stuff today and replaced it again through the leaver, problem is when i go to check the level from under the car i cant get it, and the oil seems to be sitting in a gallery on the top part of the gearbox, or the transfer case. For though who know rb26dett gearbox's you will realise they have a chain system and a oil pump inside of them, my question and i couldn't find the answer through all the reading i have done, is the main gearbox and the transfer case connected and run the same oil? or are they different galleries? I really need some help on this! my car is sitting up on jacks.. sad.gif cheers jake.

The dude that is doing my roady is being a prick and getting me to replace it. he f**ks me around the first time i come back with inside the alotted day, he wasn't there, then expects me to pay him for to do a reinspection. over his incompendence. the thing moves a little bit.i am going to try and tighten the bolts up and go from there. Thanks man i will sus out these parts anyway!

Been trying all the main places to find this bloody part, nissan gave me a quote for 1 yes 1!!! tie rod end for 150$!!!!!!!!! Is anyone in vic able to help get this part for my car?? the oem part of TE-926-14 is incorrect aswell.. to short and wrong thread cheers jake
