  1. fireblade jnr, i gained about 20rwhp from midrange to top with my SAFCII they do help and the dyno operator was very impressed with it. you could feel a huge difference on the road.
  2. yeah im considering ordering my PFC through greenline, but havent heard of anyone getting anything through them. can you let me know what they are like to deal with if he gets it anytime soon. thanks. ben
  3. well ive got a single HKS2530 (with slightly less flow than the 2535) mine can flow about 320ps according to HKS but ive already got close to 300rwhp out of that on my RB20. so if you have two 2535's according to HKS you will have like 700ps of huff. But like boosted RB26 said, you will need, computer, injectors, cooler, exauhst, clutch, and metal headgasket to start making serious power. my friends 32GTR has only highflowed turbos and metal headgasket, cooler and exaust and is making 410rwhp (300rwkw) on 12psi of boost. so the 2530's are a much better turbo and should produce alot more power, and capable of running pretty high boost.
  4. well i have a 2530 + pump + reg. and am maxing out the std afm signal. but my SAFCII manual is all in japanese. any chance someone could post the afm conversion page? that would be awesome!
  5. Are you sure it can be used with the SAFCII? because i currently have an SAFCII and need to go Z32 afm. but i thought it wasnt possible. where does it say you can?
  6. Yeah but you have to remember, by tricking the ECU that it is getting a lower level of air going in will cause the ECU to advance the ignition timing and lots of boost and advanced timing will cause detonation. and if i can get 300rwhp i dont want that! thats why im considering the option of either remapped ECU with Z32 or PFC with Z32 i would love to go the PCF but its all beggining to get a bit expensive now... As for the SAFC i think its great for minor adjustments or with the std turbo, but i just want to make sure everything is working together as best as possible... but that means $$$$
  7. After a Power FC to suit RB20 GTS-T please email me at [email protected]
  8. Buy it! MR Rb20 i just got one and love it! all i had to change was fuel pump and reg to get over 200rwkw. should be able to make over 230rwkw once boost defender is installed. free bump
  9. Brody: other mods were exaust, frontpipe back, cooler and filter and bleed valve to get 14psi.
  10. Ouch! wat mods are you running Roy? Has anyone bought anything from that greenline website. they seem very reasonable, but im always worried about giving my money to someone before i can see the product...
  11. if you had put this up about 4 weeks ago i would have bought them in a second! i just got some other 18s after not being able to get drift R's they look awesome the Drift R's Bump
  12. Im very interested in the white R32 cluster. please PM me with price you are after
  13. Im beggining to consider going aftermarket computer... but its not cheap! im thinking along the lines of Power FC any thoughts? anyone selling an R32 GTS-T one cheap?
  14. i gave quick fit in hornsby a call, the guy didnt seem like the most helpful character. anyway they dont burn chips, only tune aftermarket computers
  15. im not sure yet, Dr Drift has offered to rewrite it, i havent heard of anyone having theirs done by him, so anyone with experience please let me know, he seems like a nice guy. im going to call him this week to talk. otherwise i may take it to some place in Artarmon that retune ECU's but once again ive had no experience with them, so if anyone has recomendations that would be great.
  16. when i had the wrong number in the car idled like shit and would stall.
  17. Well for all the cynics out there my car is having its ECU tuned on a completely different dyno. so ill post those results. but im pretty confident it will make good power.
  18. well stage on or stage two really depends on the workshop... for example a stage 1 turbo might be rated to flow 400hp and stage two 600hp basically stage one is less hardcore and upgrade than stage two. the terms themselves dont really mean crap.
  19. Turbo timer: allows the engine to run after switching the ignition off to let the turbo spin lightly and cool down Boost controler: controls boost allows you to set what pressure you want the turbo to produce intercooler: cools the air comming out of the turbo before it is forced into the engine. cooler air is more dense there for more powerful.
  20. haha u are kidding right? well i have posted the dyno print on the first page of this thread if no one has faith. even better ill give someone a squirt around the block, you wont be dissapointed
  21. Nothing to do with the cooler, but that lime green is so damn sexy! did you have that paint put on here or get it done already?
  22. let me know next time you come down, ill give you a run anyway i would think all the fresh air in tamworth would make yours a shitload faster, in sydney turbos tend to be sucking in what others blow out the exaust
  23. haha yeah Doughboy is right, move over here and you will gain massive power. I actually had the dyno guys hook up the dyno to the vacume to measure boost also, i called them today and got the boost measurement, the dyno recorded 12psi but it crept to 14psi from 5000rpm to cut. Japsix, im sorry to hear yours is only making 206rwkw on 19psi, that sounds wrong. My car has always done pretty well on whatever dyno its been on. with std turbo on 14psi it was making 170rwkw and running stupidly rich. from what ive heard and read about guys with 2530 equiped RB20s they all seem to make around 220rwkw on 1.2bar (17.6psi) so mine doesnt seem too far off those i guess.
  24. $350 with dump pipe
  25. nah buy an EBC they control the boost level, basically you tell it what you want to run and it holds the wastgate closed till it reaches that level then opens it. they are far more precise than a bleedvalve. im ditching my bleedvalve for one now. im looking at either a blitz SBC IDii or an apexi AVCR both of those give you alot of precise adjustments. not as cheap as a bleed valve unfortunately
