i've got an r33 one if it fits - i'm in bris so u can pick it up - or pay for postage and it's yours..

-still don't have it figured out btw plug in at steering column - fuse is ok - i've tried several different things - but nothing seems to work.. woe is me..

found it!! thank you very much for your help next.. do i still use the relay i bought? or would it be set up in there already?

my only Q from here is about that mating plug.. my car didn't come with the fog light switch on the stalk - i bought that from this forum and attached it.. so will the mating plug be there? i have changed absolutely nothing else.. all factory (except the end plugs of course which were already cut)

maybe my issue is with the switch :| here's an image of the stalks i have - one with the fog switch - the other without.. now - there's that extra plug (presumably to the fog lights switch) - where does that connect?

and just when i thought i had it worked out.. i fell over at the very next step - i've got my relay - set it up - but to no avail.. does anybody know of a wiring diagram for this? i need to get this figured out before my holidays end :|

ok - i'll start from the beginning.. pretend i'm an idiot.. i have one wire - only one.. that's probably the part that's throwing me off the most.. what hooks up to where? honestly - this stuff normally clicks.. but it doesn't matter how i work this in my head.. i just can't figure it out.. which is why i'm asking i guess.. :|

i just bought the indicator stalk with the fog lights switch from a user on these forums..

should 'n shouldn't aside - i wouldn't mind finding a solution that doesn't involve buying a new kit..

which brings me to my next question - how would i go about wiring this to be used? the wiring was cut and i have a custom front bar - so i don't have the orginal lights.. i hooked up the indicators no problem at all - standard wiring - but now i have no idea what i'm doing again.. one wire? hook it up to where? and then what? lol - this is killing me..

i was wondering if anybody could help me regarding the standard plug on an r33 series 2 front indicator.. this is what it looks like: basically - i just set up the idicators using the green/black wires - am wondering what the blue wire is for.. thanks

never mind.. realised things are under warranty - called them up 'n they directed me to their own choice.. :|

Hey guys.. i'm looking for a local mechanic so i can go and get my car checked over - i don't get days off often - so i'm hoping for in today out today - but as long as i can get it somewhere today - i'd be happy.. seem to be having minor (i hope) issues with overheating and whirring sound from engine.. probably a lot simpler than i make it out to be.. but i just need it looked at now.. is a stock 33 btw.. and i'm in brisbane - bayside area - but can get around i guess any help would be appreciated.. thanks

to my knowledge - it's a legit sale.. sort of.. when he originally posted the car for sale - i gave him a call - he had $23.5k on it.. he said that the price included him fixing the defects that the car and that he'd sell registered (with his own guy doing the safety certificate) - or drop to $18k drive away as is.. too much trouble and just not worth it.. so i obviously passed.. then a price drop to $14k - almost 10 down? I contacted him again to ask about it further.. why the sudden drop? he said that he needed to get rid of it.. the car was in same condition - and i could take it today if i wanted it.. i asked about getting it checked by a mechanic of my choosing - he said that he was overseas so that couldn't be done - nor could i take it for a test drive.. but - of course.. i could buy it if i wanted it without those checks.. not interested.. so be aware - he dropped $10k from the price in a week.. it might not be a scam as such - but careful does it..

It's not as nifty as some.. but I was wondering if somebody could identify this front bar - and any help in locating a new one in Brisbane would be neat
