yeah our mate neil deffected me on christmas day. i pulled into an RBT blew 0.00 and then got singled out to pull over and lift my bonnet and i drive a Stagea. i got done for a boost gauge not mounted correctly, a bleed valve, my blow off valve and the funniest thing ever an air filter on my manifold. it was a damn oil breather on my bloody rocker cover. since when was that defectable and when did a rocker cover look like a manifold. im just assuming that because my car was singled out off a line up that had something to do with the massive amount of people the cops didn't catch for speeding over the holidays and killing themselves.

spotted what i think was two S1 ( white and Silver ) Stageas on Princess Hwy heading south east just out of coonalpyn. was looking at the idiot behind me and didnt see you guys until u were up to my front wheel. i was in my silver S2 heading in opposite direction.

Hey ruby i reckon that was my car you saw in the morning. my missus is driving it at the moment cause someone nailed her barina out the front of my place. she keeps complaing of the size difference between her car and mine (but she likes the extra power) lol. i tell her to get used to it cause she wont be carrying my kids around in no tin can barina even if it is an 06 model.

well the day started up with a bit of nervous energy but it just goes to show that being nice an co-operating with the right people can keep you out of trouble. this is the only real picture i took but cant wait to see everybody elses and i hope to see some sort of video also. cheers to the good organisation to get such a large number out.

hey ruby, sorry to see the bar doesn't fit. we were so sure it would to. when we had it on the ground it really looked like it would no probs.

hi all i have an S2 auto which was dead stock when i brought it and i INTENDED on it stayig that way. lol for ages i was driving it around with a split dump pipe and trust PE2 exhaust, trust airinx filter and some split fires. everything was running really nice and i had never come across a problem the car felt fairly quick and i had it running about 10 psi. next step i upgraded the turbo to a high flo GT3071. first problem i had was that because the exhaust wheel was so much bigger in the new turbo i had to cut off the internal pipe that fitted into the original turbo to keep the gasses away form the waste gate which is the reason behind a split dump. this caused alot of lag and made me think if the new turbo was really worth the cost. well the other day i fitted a bell mouth dump pipe and holly hell what i difference. i now have boost much earlier and alot more top end pull. as i have a RWD i also have traction control and now when i pull off the line and hold it flat the car starts to fight the traction control as she comes onto boost and my traction control warning light comes on on the dash. with traction control off it actually very nearly turnes the tyres as she comes onto boost, only first gear but pretty good improvement if u ask me. sorry for my rambling but i just thought i would tell everybody what i have found after trying both types of dump pipes. i think if ur planning to keep the mods to a minimal the split dump is great but if ur going to get a bigger turbo down the track either wait til u do and get a custom split dump made or just get a bell mouth to start off with. upgrades so far are in order of purchase, air filter, exhaust, split dump, split fires, 10psi, fmic, GT3071, coilovers and sway bars, MV automatics shift kit (please get one if u have an auto u wont regret it) and last the bell mouth. next is Z32 fuel pressure reg with the nistune ecu board

there will most probably be a difference between a series 2 RS4 stagea and an ER34 skyline ecu due to the fact that the ER34 has traction control and an RS4 doesn't. on the other hand if u have a series 2 RSV (RWD) like i do which does have traction control the ecu's are the same. just lucky for me i guess. i cant remember the exact price i was quoted but it is alot less than a chip and being laptop programable i couldnt think of why anybody would go any other way if this is available to you. with the series 1 stageas the option would probably be the same as the R33 which is to fit an R32 or Z32 ecu and have it fitted with a board. for some reason R33 ecu's are very specific with which ones work. it doesn't concern me so i havent looked into it much.

i had a chat to shaun at boostworks and he is hopefully going to fit a nistune board in my car. he just needs to check my ecu to see if it has the 40 pin connector in it. prettygood price to for fitted and tuned and once this mod is done to ur ecu it makes it fully programable via a laptop. i have a Series 2 auto by the way. http://www.nistune.com/

R34 GTT NEO POWER FC $1100 im thinking of selling my power fc to suit the RB25det Neo motor R34 GTT. i brought it when i was going to convert my stagea to manual but now can't be F*&ked comes with controller and is in good condition. only problem was the cable got caught in the door once but it has been repaired and works fine. pm me if ur interested. still thinking of doing the conversion but if i sell this then i wont bother. i intended to buy some carbon fibre rear pillars and centre pillars for my stagea, but i think i might have stuffed up and recieved two sets of rear pillars. they are not real carbon fibre but what i think is some type of carbon wrap. im not really sure but it looks really well done. i have had the other ones on my car for a few months and i also changed the rear trunk handle cover with the same poduct and have washed my car plenty of times at the car wash with high pressure and they havent peeled or chipped at all. they would look best on a yellow car but i have a silver one and they look good on that to. gives an impression that rear window is a bit longer rather than stopping at the colour coded rear pillar. looking for $150 which will just cover what i payed for them or you can make an offer. cheers guys.

no such thng as a (Standard From Factory RWD Manual) and from what i know as i have a RWD when i was looking at converting to a manual i might have been the only one in Australia to have done it. The AWD guys have done it using a GTR box with great results. im still trying to decide if i convert to maunal and use the power fc that i have or put a shift kit in the auto and retune the factory computer. i have done a fair few mods and my car is pretty quick even with all the smoke it blows cause of the pathetic over rich nissan tuning. i reckon u get alot more enjoyment out of these cars once u make them handle better by upgrading atleast the sway bars and if u want to by also upgrading the springs and shocks. take into account the massive differences in the RWD and AWD stageas when buying parts as like things with suspension and brakes they are quite different.

Yup what GorGasm said. i just got a set of WGC34 specific coilovers from japan. The rears are the same as the AWD but the fronts are very different due to there being less weight and not having to avoid a drive shaft.

i cant stand indoor cricket, it's to fast and im not fit enough. i play B or C grade for woodvile rechabites in the adelaide turf association.

i have a front lip for sale that i got from japan thinking it would suit my dayz bar. well it doesnt and i think it is to suit a standard bar. it is in brand new condition in fibreglass. im asking for $200 which is less then what it cost me to just get it here. i would love to try it on someones car also that has a standard front bar just to make sure if thats what it is to fit if anybody from adelaide could help me out.
