I need my skyline to have the once ova becos i bought it from a dealership and they didnt know anything about it. Can anyone recommend a workshop on the goldcoast that can tell me wat mods i might have but not be able to see. I wanna take it to someone who knows a fair bit about skylines/imports but i dont wanna have to pay a million dollars. Any help is appreciated THX

Oh and as for ppl like me giving young ppl and import drivers a bad name Ive only had my license for 3 months and owned and import for only a lil longer and as im sure u know import/young drivers have had a bad name for years not just suddenly since i have had my license. So wouldnt it have been ppl from ur generation who started all this rubbish in the first place?

Mate we gave no fingers we did NOTHIN. completely unprovoked and he neva flashed his highbeams otherwise i wouldve moved and yes u are meant to stay in the left lane but u are also allowed to overtake in the left and im sure if u hadve read it u properly u would understand that i agree and know that keep left unless overtaking is a law and i also said that wat we did wasnt perfect but wen some dikhead driving a piece of crap threatens ur car which u poor hours of time and money into takin care of im sure u wouldve been pissed off but maybe ur to perfect to get into a situation like this. But besides that are u tellin me u have neva sat in the right lane in ur entire driving lifetime or made any similar small mistakes (and according to u ur much more excperienced so im sure u have messed up once or twice) so if u do something like that do u think u deserve to die or be seriously injured. Furtheremore wats with pikin on young ppl are u tellin me u were neva young or did u just skip that part of ur life cos ur like every other old person who forgets about their youth? I just came to tell my story and see if anyone else had had similar experiences but as per usual one person comes and ruins the thread.

Well Large in QLD u are allowed to overtake in the left lanes as long as they are marked lanes. No matter wat he did wrong becos he was the one who endangered all of our lives and do u think it is worth it just becos we were in the right lane wen he could just go in the left. IMO wat he did was ridiculous and he was one of them kooky old men who watches a current affair to much and has a crazed view of the world.

Im not sure if it is nissan stamped i will have to chek but i doubt it will be becos i dont think it is a genuine GTR wing and i will have to double chek if the blade is adjustable

Ok maybe i forgot to mention we were on the pacific highway and at the time it was 4 lanes and we were taking up two and as u all know it is separated by a huge median strip and guard rails so he neva had to squish inbetween us he did it while we were all travellin at 100kmh for no apparent reason so no the road was neva bloked and yes we shouldve been in the left lanes but i guess we just werent perfect enough.

There was one lane free at all times Thats wat freaked us out we honestly dont know wat we did to this man for him to want to do this to us and we have been tryin to figure it out He was well ova 40yrs old and trying to swing a crowbar at us The police let us go cos we didnt do anything to him to deserve this He was a f*kin nutjob and was tryin to act like a police officer ordering us around afta the whole thing even wen police were there Just some old man tryin to be tough and show us whos boss didnt work hes worse than any hoon on the road he couldve killed us all and i know 99%of ppl who do stupid shit on the road avoid endangering ppl its funny how young drivers get targeted wen so called experienced drivers are just as bad and in this case worse

Wat a crazy ass night we had last niight Driving down the highway last night with a few mates minding our own business wen all of a sudden an old heap of crap comes flyin inbetween my 33 and my mates supra. Wen i say inbetween he squished his car inbetween our cars which were sitting side by side in two lanes. So he squished in and my mate in the supra slowed down and swerved to let him thru and i sped up to get away but he wasnt finished he then cut in front of the supra and slammed on the brakes then not lettin him pass him to get past, thinking this dude was a crazy man we all sped off and lost him. He ended catching bak up afta about 10 mins and did the same to me by now we were thinkin this dude is a mad man so cut him off once or twice and left (i know we are stupid for doin it but u cant help it in the heat of the moment) so we continued on down to robina where we all live and this dude followed us off the exit and hooned all around our areas tryin to catch us cuttin roundabouts and tryin to get in front of us, he eventually did get in front of my mate in another car and pulled out a crowbar the size of my entire leg swingin and shouting it at us while bloking lanes off. So we decided to call the police but the genius had already done so himself and was speaking to a security guard that patrols the area making up some rubbish (the security guard is a f*kwit aswell tho). This dikhead was not only chasing us down the highway swingin a crowbar around and trying to kill us all but was tryin to film at the same time (obviously not his antics tho) so we waited around for the police but of course they went to security first so we all pulled in at maccas (having nothing to hide) to tell our story turns out this dude was tryin to be some crazy vigilante and tryin to tell ppl he was a coppa. All the cops were great had a chat with them and they let us go without any trouble and we ended up leaving while the dude was still gettin questioned. Isnt it great wen old delusional men try to take the law into there own hands Not only is it stupid but he endangered all of our lives last night becos he was tryin to be a hero by piking on 17 and 18 yr olds His goal wouldve been to run one of us off the road into a pole or tree by intimidating us and for no apparent reason And who says old ppl are safer drivers

Just got a new exedy heavy duty clutch and its goin great but now i have a problem today starting in first as i let the clutch out the whole gearknob shifted over to the right while still in first it almost felt as though it was in the place where 5th would normally be. I have no idea wat it is has anyone on here got any ideas? Any help much appreciated!

Hey guys ive got a R33 series 1 and my headlights are fogged up and i want to give them a clean out i had a look the other day and it looked a bit hard and i didnt just want to yank them off any instructions on how to get them off would be appreciated

Thx for that mate It would definetely be a practice day which track would u recommend for a learner? Do u need to bring ur own petrol in case u run out? Just need to know all the little things even if they seem stupid.

Evening all thinking of heading up to a drift night at Archerfield or QR in my N/A R33 is it worth taking a non-turbo up there are there many haters? And if i were to go how much would a day/night cost me (never been B4) prob need tyres aswell

Hey guys just wanting some advice on a couple of things. I have a R33 series 1 fitted with jasma/jasm/jasmo (one of them cant read the last letter on the label) extractors which seem to do the job fairly well and came with the car. Now there are 2 problems, i have read about the rasping sound that Rb25's commonly make but it says that it is usually between 2800-3500 rpm, my exhaust sounds perfect at these revs and has a really nice note until about 4000-5000rpm wen a horrible rasping sound erupts from the exhaust any ideas on how to fix this. I was told another muffler would probably completely fix this but i dont want to lose any power from reduced flow or would a muffler do nothing like that?. My 2nd problem is tonight i was driving along and decided to give it a push around in 2nd gear and as i hit about 6500rpm the revs dropped and then regained but no more than a 500rpm drop as if something was slipping and then recatching i then did the same in 3rd and the exact same thing happened any ideas on what this could be? I have already had the fan belt and air con belt replaced as they were a mess wen i got the car so i doubt it would have something to do with that. Thx for any help.

Cant post any pics up atm cos its currently at a workshop gettin a few problems ironed out and hopefully the bar can get fixed under warranty as one of the clips holding it was actually broken wen they sold it to me. If it comes down to it and i have to get a new front bar (payed for by me) i will be looking for one that doesnt sit so low to the ground any estimations on prices (cheapest possible) Thx
