i bought normal globes from genuine holden spare parts they're exactely the same except with a black base an green sleeve, i think they're in VT's but just take the globe to em an they'll know

does the noise sound like a high pitch kind of noise like a fire work shooting off?? cos my r32 is doin the same thing only when its cold but... i think its the same problem as yours, i also got a shuddering from the clutch between 3000 an 4000 rpm in every gear no matter hot or cold...

not powder coated just been sprayed by previous owner, done a pretty good job i recon...
