    I am well aware of that, he also drove F1 for how many years? Is his opinion not worth as much as yours though? For mine Coulthard's opinion is more valid than any of ours regardless of his relationship to Webber.

    As stated earlier, Buemi smashed into Vettel - No penalty. Why not? Was was Webber did worse than hitting someone from the rear under yellow flag conditions? Surely not. Inconsistency is what we are unhappy about, not so much the penalty itself (although I still firmly believe he did not deserve a drive through).

    I think that all anyone ever wants with these kinds of penalties is consistency. And that is something that we are not seeing from the stewards this year, or any other year for that matter. Even Coulthard thought Webs was penalised too harshly.

    Dead set best race I have ever seen. In the 15 or so years that I can remember watching F1 nothing has been even close to this!!!! Now the anthem is playing. Sweet as it gets!!! 5am I'll be back up, who cares though! Webber you beauty!!!!

    Yeah I get the whole cars n bikes at the same time is a no go, but was just unsure as to whether or not they had some short spells of bikes only. Oh well, doesn't matter, I'll just take the car! lol

    What a nice position to be in It's personal preference with the RB vs SR part, I personally like the 6 cyls so it would be out of the two skylines.... In saying that, S15's are sweeeeet! Now you have to weigh up - age, high km and awesomeness of being a GTR vs low km, newer (and better looking ) but not a GTR... So i guess if he wants a daily go the GTT, if he wants a weekender go the GTR!

    This is probably a very stupid question....but can bikes go along to it?? I've never been and am pretty keen to go, in the car or on the bike I don't care lol.

    Definately agree it's an emotional issue. I love my skyline and the only reason I'll be selling it is to upgrade. Therefore I'd want enough to go near buying a R34 GTR before I'd let it go So in other words I'll be keeping it until I save enough for the GTR!

    I remember jumping into an AU falcon taxi once and saw over 800,000km on it. I was totally horrified and wanted to get back out lol.

    I'm 25, had the 34 for a bit over 2 years now.

    17 years old and 35k to spend?? wtf! My first car was a WB one tunner with a dirty old 202 and a freakin wobbly aussie 4 speed in it. All this advice is good though. Buy something nice, like a NA R34 - don't mod it, and then sell up and get a turbo or V8 later on. Edit - also isn't there a 200kw max power limit for P-plate's? Rules out the 350GT

    This has been covered about a million times, have a bit of a search and you will find what you are looking for mate. And in the end I believe that even if you pull the turbo off, it will still be a no go for a p-plater. Just looked at the link - why on earth would you want to do such a terrible thing to such a nice car!! lol

    Good luck with the project mate. Yeah it might end up costing a bit, and people will argue you could have just bought a complete one for a similar amount of coin.... but this way is sooo much more fun. Have fun and keep us posted!

    Okbanana, what you pay for rego down there? Has that just gone up 20% for you guys along with a fuel hike?
