Yeah I copped the same crap from one of them, But I cracked the shits and said how can a 3 month old $700 shoei not pass your rules... Thanks to you guys for organising this event. I had a ball, and it was my first time down the strip as well. It's a shame my clutch didn't enjoy the day as much as I did and I only ended up doing 4 runs, but I enjoyed every second Spewin I didn't get into the 13's tho Missed it by 0.049!! Can't wait for the next one!

I'm going down to do a few runs first time ever, and I will suck! lol And yeah I'm keen to meet up and go down there as a group. Oh and with the whole Skyline vs Supra thing. Who cares bout the nitty gritty of the engine/gearbox specs.... Skylines are 10x the sex of any supra LOL

Little bit of a different situation but... Isn't there some law about them being set up too close to a fixed camera though? Because aren't a lot of those fixed cameras only there due to that location is a hot spot and too dangerous for a police vehicle to be parked? I might be totally wrong tho lol

Spotted a fair few skylines out this morning! Grey R32 on caloundra road, White R33 on steve irwin way, black R32 as u turned off towards the uni, and a silver R33 on the bruce heading north near the ettamogah.

I have the same power as you with less mods. But running a power fc tuned by Mark at godzilla. Maybe he's the difference?

I just read this whole thread start to finish. It is NOT right the shit cops get away with. Guilty until proven innocent hey...(along with plenty of $$$) It just makes my blood boil. The amount of crap I have seen cops do (speeding, spinning wheels on take of without lights or sirens in a built up area, not using indicators...the list goes on) and they have the hide to pick on people solely for the kind of car they drive. I just wish they would spend more time and effort getting the truly unsafe heaps of s#!t off the road instead of just being cocks.
