Just take it to a workshop and tell them you suspect you have a blown head gasket, ask them to use a 'sniffer' - detects exhaust gas in the cooling system. Will tell you in less than a minute!

Thats where i took the feed for my Profec boost controller on my 34. If your avcr was using that source without any problems, why not reuse it?

Isn't torque increased through the gearing in the gearbox/diff?? My bad if I'm wrong

I got 100% on expert for even flow last nite! Cliffs of Dover is definately one of my favourites tho, along with pride and joy and One!! Remember you dont have to strum every note when they are in quick succession, like in a solo.... makes things easier. Im gonna have to have a good go and get through raining blood tho, its starting to piss me off now!

Geraus, I fitted my profec B II to my 34 and am currently running 10psi with the stock cooler and just a turbo back exhaust. No problem at all The unit is very easy to install, first one ever and the hardest part was routing the tube through to the engine bay! haha If you want to know anything just ask away and Ill help if I can! Im 24 with a Rating 1 Just Car agreed value of $28000 for my 34 GTT. Full comp obviously... Listed mods are exhaust, boost controller, immobiliser, air filter, window tint, lowered. thats all i can think of at the moment I pay $1050 per year. I was speaking to them yesterday and they said they don't charge extra for under 25, they go by driving record (ie rating 1) Before the mods my premium was $980 I reckon thats not too bad!

34 Z-tune wins hands down for me. Damn sexy car that! And 10.04? I love it even more now! hahahah

Ive actually seen octane boost work quite well.....on a mates old turbo XE falcon. I wouldn't use it tho +1 great avatar

I run 10psi as well. It doesnt hold 10 tho, drops off to around 8 at redline. Need someone to come for a drive with me so I can actually have a decent go at tuning the thing!! So you cant remember your settings at all??

How much boost were you running ryan?

Ok this might be a really stupid question, but is there any way i can put a deposit on one and pay it off?? i dont have the 1500 to spare at the moment, but am super keen on getting one and really dont want stock to run out....

Foamer, you mentioned that part of your job is to find them homes, even trades? I really don't know how the system works or what your job involves but am I right in assuming it's my tax dollars that pay for this? Yet when I need a place to live or when I wanted to start in my trade, I had no help what so ever and had to do it 100% on my own. Seems like the system has its priorities wrong somewhere along the line.... By all means though, correct me if I'm way off.

Yeah psi, did notice the view. The mrs took it. She did well i think!! There is an excel that comes into the centre where i work all the time, massive wing, loud horrible sounding exhaust and stickers everywhere (mostly playboy ones) and the really bad bit is....everytime ive seen it, its been a bloke driving it.... not cool

Ok, jacker her up and gave the strut tops a good old spraying with WD40 and took it for a run....no difference. Oh well looks like im not going to get out of it that easily! should have known hahahaha Thanks for your suggestions tho guys!
